Oh, I still play this often! It's in the arcade closest to my home about 4 minutes away. It's also still in multiple Akihabara arcades, both in retro AND in modern style ones! I guess it just hits that vibe across generations
My boyfriend loves rhe rhythm heaven series we did own the DS version but is missing so we gotta spend to get it another copy yay haha, we play the Wii version sometimes and we got the 3DS version digital on our 3DS'. Love these games is nice to know Japan made a arcade cabinet for it.
its cool that the controls used for each minigame is lit up on the buttons and the 2 player nature seems especially cool since tengoku didn't really have that
I guess i shouldnt be suprised this franchise has an arcade cabinet, but then again, some rhythm console games on arcade are real obscure. Im still suprised theres only 1 known arcade cabinet of Um Jammy Lammer
@@yellowinahatDUDE I HATE THE LAST 2 HITS IN SAMURI, I generally thought i would superb it in like 5 tries atleast.. it was literally the 6th last game i had to perfect.
The Gameboy Advance version of the game (only released in japan) has a fanmade translation that makes almost all of the text in English
I wish that the arcade version had a English fan translation as well 😔
@@GAZZ707I mean it’s the same games for the most part it would probably not be that hard to do
@@deejdarkstarthen i'm not sure why the NAOMI version is still not translated into English yet
@@GAZZ707 The thing is that probably hard-modding / soft-modding the NAOMI/Arcade version ain't that easy... or who knows? I'm just rambling.
@@Dark9Volt you're probably right
I love how little he knows about the series but is still doing a good job explaining it
G😢r ❤❤
I never knew Rhythm Tengoku had an arcade cabinet.
it also has better graphics!
@@LeWolfYT and better sound

You’re so lucky, I wish I had that cabinet
7:38 that sign says OK.
Interesting showcasing ! 👍
There used to be one at the “HEY STHLM” arcade here in Stockholm Sweden but they sold it :(
Welp, shot in the dark, I wanna try making my own control deck for this. Any chance youd be able to help me get some measurements? :)
我就喜欢这样的节奏游戏,还出街机了
I never knew there was a rhythm haven arcade game until this video.
Can the buttons be huger???
I want to try one of these
I need this game
I'd kill to play this cabinet
I think this was the last Arcade game Sega made with Dreamcast hardware (Naomi)
It is my dream to play this one day

Super mario kart beauty and the beast the enchanted christmas
Is that karate joe?
I wish Nintendo took the time to actually release Tengoku internationally and also the arcades..
Nintendo DS was already out for 2 years in Japan when the GBA version came out and 3 years when the arcade version was released
@@iwatatiff Oh Okay 👍
Woah, very good.
I remember when Sega and Nintendo made Mario and Sonic at the olympics
do remix1 tempo up
playing this in an actual arcade must be hell
I want this
Ouh! Oyasu-des-か!
Bop-Chibid'e!

This version is probably pretty much the same as the Japanese Wii version called "Minna no Rhythm Tengoku".
