As far as Melyssa is concerned, I feel like she has shut down participation wise and tries her best to avoid getting fired on. It's evident because when she says something a lot of time, some shade or slick comment follows particularly from Joe. With that said, Mel needs to have some moments of internal reflection. She needs to decide whether she is going to piss or get off the pot. She can't keep letting these dudes back her into a corner and shut her down each and every time. See the way JT handled the guys and politely returned fire when needed. Mel needs to have that energy. She needs to quit trying to put on this perfect persona. i agree with you, but I also think that she has a lot of anxiety from trauma from working in the industry that she hasn't dealt with. AND I think that the way they handle her, sometimes, she cowers and gets tongue tied. She doesn't know how to jones back on them niggas. Yup and that's why the pod has become mid af bc everybody has to participate and help the show be entertaining and watchable. Joe and Parks be holding it down and Parks be killing it with one-liners...Melyssa is just there to defend women. She adds absolutely nothing to the show. Ice has always been boring. Ish just sits with his hands in his hoodie pockets and says "you a fool yo, what's wrong with you yo, you a idiot yo.." every episode. 6 mics, sometimes 7 mics on a podcast and only 2 people holding it down??? That's a huge problem.
