This is deeply weird.... this is the only "crime" that I can think of, that is one hundred percent dependent on the "criminal" describing what they are doing. If the police were to ask "are you silently praying?" and the suspect were to say "None of your business" there is zero evidence gathering that the police could do to make any case at all. This makes the law look ridiculous. Maybe we should all stand in these zones and silently pray, but refuse to tell any officers asking, if we are or not - let them gather their own evidence, we don't have to hand it to them.

A defendant can't be Found Guilty on their own evidence which lies at the Root of basic Common Law. otherwise any person who confessed to a crime of which the police had no supporting evidence could be imprisoned, or worse, handed the Death sentence.

We are very concerned of where this country is heading under this PM. Muslims are allowed to pray openly in the streets in number but one Christian man praying silently is breaking the law even when given police assurances before he prayed. Something is very, very wrong with many issues of this once great country. Such a pity that a country that was once revered has been spoilt by terrible, dishonourable politicians.

Preached about the UK in 1965.
“Here not long ago in that great nation, London, in England rather, where that John Wesley and Charles and many of those great preachers of the early days, Spurgeon and them had preached the gospel in the hay markets and everywhere there, they turned down that message of their day and look what they are in this day. ……. It's one of the lowest degraded countries in the world. I've been over the world, but I don't know anything that's so illegitimate as England. Billy Graham said the same thing. Why, he had to take his wife from the parks, how the acts between men and women were going on publicly in the parks. When I was there I never seen anything would break a person's heart any more than what was going on in England, which had the opportunity and one time led the world in a reformation. Just shows how it can fall.”

Following the French Revolution - 'reason', humanism, atheism, scientism, materialism, secularism... Godlessness - Satanism...
This is what killed England - and if you think France or Germany are any better, you are dreaming. The entirety of Europe is fallen to the Enemy.
America is not looking a quarter as stable as smug Americans think.
Your children are being poisoned in precisely the same way as the British were - physically, mentally and spiritually - and your future is looking terribly bleak unless you are a full Biblical Christian - and then you will know what follows in the future.
Every dog has his day... Our Lord is not interested in 'worldly' Empires that turn their backs on Him down here in this fallen world.
"Satan is the god of this world".
We Christians all know what follows.
Don't think you can get away with tribal hatred or pity or self-righteousness when looking down your long nose at the English - as it was a special beacon for the world put there once by the love of God.
How far such a devout nation fell should merely give you reason to tremble.
      God Bless now.

So, if its inaudible i.e., in the spirit, there's no distance in the spirit, its private & so, its no one else's business, what that communication is. Just think about that. Its strictly between an individual and The Almighty.

I have seen in my own life the hatred towards Christians and those who stand firm on God's Word, real history and traditional genuine origins, both in the secular world, and yes, even in many churches. This gentleman had this case going on for two years, and even after he was found "guilty" of silent prayer, we see how corrupt the so-called "justice" system can be. This sets a bad precedence for our world as a whole. Jesus will not be mocked.
No matter what people do or say, no court is truly above the Kingdom of God and Heaven. No person or group is. All will have to bow and confess Jesus Christ is Lord. Nothing this world does here is eternal.
This brave and faithful Christian man, Adam Smith-Connor, will have eternal rewards and the support of all of us true Christians, who know the heavy price it can take to stand up for what is right and Godly. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? ~

Just who do think pays the taxes for this road and NHS funded clinic? We ALL do.
Feminism means women get the equal ride as men get. The silent pray folk could play the ''intimidation' 'hurt victim' game too, if they chose to. If you cant feel for the child, consider the poor staff who have to carry out this disgusting industry daily

He has not been convicted of a thought crime, but for breaching a "Public spaces protection order"
He breached the clinics safe zone - He was clearly there to protest against abortion, albeit a silent protest.
His presence there was intimidating to any women who wished to enter the clinic. This tactic is clearly understood and used by many who congregate there to protest albeit silently.
He had emailed the council the day before to tell them of his intentions, he confessed his silent activity to the police, how else did the police know he was praying - He told them. He clearly anticipated that he would be confronted by the police, he invited all that subsequently followed.
Surely one does not have to be in close proximity of the “Problem” one wants God to solve, his guilt re an abortion in his past, does not God hear prayers everywhere? But that’s a separate issue, he said he was praying for his dead son, that was a lie, he a Christian lied he was clearly there to protest against abortions.

    • @johnlennox-pe2nq
      @johnlennox-pe2nq 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Nothing to do with tactics. Christianity is a religion, a culture, a way of life that has ingrained rights to exercise it's dogma, its freedoms, publicly, personally, silently, or any other way, as it has had for over 2000 yrs.
He did not ''breach'' the 'buffer zone'' any more that a cyclist, driver or pedestrian coming home from work who is iving next to the clinic.
If X chose to have feelings of unease or 'intimidation' then thats their problem. They are choosing those feelings I would suggest If we all went around worrying that my rights to walk down a street irritates someone else, we would never get out of bed
Any opposition to prayer, I would suggest, is tyranny. If anyone is using tactics, it's the godless Council and the Industry behind abortion

That it was for a reason to do with your beliefs and legal rights that they just didn't agree with. Wouldn't that feel intimidating? These people should be held accountable or there will just be more of them. Nip it in the bud. They can pray outside the zone.
