Hopefully I'm buying a YZF 750R '95 within the next week or so. Looking forward to it! I've always wanted to own one. Being a classic motorcycle now, I'd like to keep it in original condition!
@ aviestrela I wasn't the first owner of this bike. Don't know if the exup was removed. The factory exhaust was replaced by a laser. The exup cable was still in tact so i think it worked properly. The exup would only work on low RPM to give more counter pressure. When you pull the engine at high rpm it should be completely open.
ok ive had my yzf750r for a couple of weeks now . only complaint i have is its a bit hard on the wrists . ( i broke my wrist last year , and the leaning on it from the sports position , does hurt a bit on the broken bones ) but other than that . i love this bike . plenty of power . more than most 750's and handles like a dream . fitted my own manual switch for the fans , so no heating up at lights . (fan only kicks in on these at 90 - 100 deg . which i think is too high . ) so fixed that .
totally cracks me up . everyone that owns one or has at least riden one . knows how they go . but all those that havnt .still wont believe the power these bikes have ...well point is . we have them and do know and have proved it time n time again . those who dont believe us are just jealous .
I'll try that with my friends' YZF 750 R next summer (couple of months still to go..), I'm sure it does have a standard gearbox. I did try it couple of times last summer, and I think it did go surprisingly fast with the 1st gear already..
I have one, if you get a good one you can't go wrong. Mine handles like it is on rails. OK they are not the same as a new sports bike but they can still pack a punch
i own one of those 750's i can do 140 km/h in 2nd gear . its no fake . this bike is like no other 750 i have rode . most 750 come out at 70 - 80 . maybe even 90 hp . but this bike came out with a standard 128 hp . does the 1/4 mile in 10.6 seconds at a speed of 209 km/h . only idiots are those who havnt rode one and know the power these bikes have . smart ppl actually baught one :-)
@@ryderDoO yeah theyve dropped the hp of all the new bikes . after a bit of research , i noticed they made my bike because the 1000cc wasnt winning races . ironically they got a faster bike with 250cc less . i love running bigger bikes off lol .
Absolutely hilarious.... I own a YZF750r, and yes it's a very fast, very smooth bike that is easily capable of well over 200km/h.... BUT, look at the trees and houses going by on this residential street.... this particular bike is most definitely NOT doing 200km/h.
I might buy one of these soon. I'm excited! The owner said he'll get it checked out for me, since it's been sitting for some years. It looks like very good condition though from what I've seen of it.
Just bought a 97YZF750R I love it haven't had it that fast yet well not with that much acceleration. 200kmh is about 120-125mph and from watching the video that sounds about right no fake
Have test driven a 900 Blade '93, made 5K plus miles on a ZX750R '94 and i can tell you, this machine will eat them all with no doubt. Soon i will post one of my 1100W, i can tell you i will get a hard time to fuckup this YZF on a drag.
yeah its crazy . i have the yzf , if i didnt own one , i wouldnt have believed anyone about the power . lol . i didnt believe it untill i took it for the test .
I was the owner of this bike. It was one of my last ride on this YZF. First of all, i didnth started this sprint in second gear. My taco meter izn't fake, it should not be 100% the same as on gps speed meter but my taco meter schould't be less accurate then another YZF. People on the YZF forum think this normal YZF might have a SP gearbox.
these things just keep pulling . im told theres a valve in the excaust that activates at a set rev and makes the bike think its at optimum performance and just keeps hammering . i dunno . havnt opened it right up yet .
@ 019Srb - ZX7R is a nice bike too see. I ownd 2 ZX750R. No Kawa for me any more. Engine problems, oil leak's and so far... TBH, i dont think a 7R is going to beat this spint. It has same BHP as my YZF, Less torque and lower gearing. See my other vid, 0 - 60 3.6 sec. Specs for a 7R on a 0 - 60 run is more then 0.5 sec slower. But if you own a 7R, share us some similar sprints and we will compair. @ Squadragrunn - Dat heb je goed gezien ;) @ Streetracer208 - I will, when i own a 160+ BHP SS.
Nothing fake here this is the real deal. This preforms just like mine a a 95 model with only 20 thousand kms!. Its a bike that you can get up speeds of 220/240 very quickly. One more thing love almost 70 thousand km on the odo. do you have the exup valve totaly open?
+subtilobserver PT Should i see this as a compliment or harassment? If you like i can post you the original video (uncut version) or some other acceleration video's of this bike.
I had this model in 1994 i loved mine, it would hit 200 no sweat 120plus in first no problem and I pushed mine to 275km per hour a few times.. This is not fake
Hey dat is vlak bij mij !
En ik heb net zo'n motor gehad, 6 jaar lang. Fantastische fiets!

It's hard on the wrists below 120km/t, after that you're floating on air.
120 km/h on 1st gear...

ZX7Rs made 122-124hp and GSXR750 was higher back in 1997..

I have one, and it does 120km/t in first gear, pretty much just like that.
dont laugh man . ive done it on one . 230km/h 120 in 1st gear . the xup really works
We don't care about your opinion bitch. You lie.

OK, my friend tried and rode exactly 100 km/h by the gauge @ 3rd gear, revs were 6600 rpm exactly, so; 200 km/h is @13200 rpm and easyly doable :-)
lol that it is , ive done it .had mine upto 230km/h
I have the same bike and 200 km/h in third gear is about right. no fake.

haha ziet er zo vertrouwd uit, elke dag nog spijt dat ik em de deur uit heb gedaan! :(
Hey, yo! Fantastic Video. stitch snow What's happening.. !!
The YZF 750 SP does 150 km/h in first gear.
The yzf R1 from 1999 , does 125 km/h in first, but impossible with full throttle.
he start in second gear its easy to hunderstand

@@ernestsanders2332 Dang.. still runs?
leuk stukje veendam ;-)
the air that cool the oil during driving it?
Nope, he wasn't planning to give me "priority". But he stoped after i almost passed him. Even if he took "priority" he wouldn't have crashed me.
i just baught one . apparently does the 1/4 mile in 10.6 sec. not too shabby .
I have same bike yzf750r 125 hp, 1994,and my revs top at 13k but on this video it shows 15k. Can someone explain?
The rev limit starts at the red line. Which is 13k. They don’t rev to 15 even though it’s on there.
I know now why it looks strange. He's starting in second gear.

The 1000 does 225 in 10 :-P so 200 is realistic..

Just a simple 60 euro pholo camera lol.
