First i want to say thank you for this turorial! Was very easy to follow and i ddnt have to use external devices. But i also had the same problem with other people always getting ss. removing or turning off chroma, noodle and custom jsondata was the only solution that worked for me. I tested having one of them on one at a time but i still got SS so had to turn all three off. Hope this help incase any of u get the same prob 😁

My apologies l, this is a quest 2 only guide. Quest 3 no pc needs some extra steps but I’m not sure what that is. Need to get a quest 3 first. There are with pc guides available. Online.
I’m the only one doing no pc guides, if anyone has a no pc guide, it’s probably a copy of one of mine. That said, some commenters said they were able to get quest 3 modded beat saber by doing a few changes to my guide, so there’s hope.
*EDIT* So if you take the time, watch the entirety of the video, and don't skip around thinking you're smart because you mod pc games with Vortex, this will work just fine. Thank you for this video. Custom songs from inside the game is insane. Hope to see something like this come to synth riders. ------- I've tried this in the past, have just tried your message and keep hitting the same wall. Get the pop-up "if this isn't for developer purposes, restore the game" kinda message. I hit open app, and nothing happens. Multiple times, it just won't launch. On quest 2, everything is up to date.

Hey thanks! There’s other methods for sure. Searching on pc for a song then using better song search to find the song. You could also use cx file explorer/amaze to transfer the songs into your song list after downloading on your headset.

You won’t be able to upgrade after missing. Music packs that came out before 1.28 can be played. Music packs that came out after 1.28 will need the game updated to be played again.
someone help please, everytime i open qavs, it says "no patches avalable, i could not find any downgrade patches for your current version of beat saber. make sure youve got the latest version of beat saber installed" please help
It’s possible that you are on v63 for your quest version. Meta recently broke this method of installing modded beat saber. It may begin working again in the coming days.
I've tried this many many times and it didn't work for me and I have meta quest 2. I had sidequest and the bmbf and still something was wrong. What am I doing wrong because I am trying to add new songs.

That’s apparently caused by noodle extensions. Very odd bug.

Well, they may say expert but that was selected by the creator of the map.
Many aren’t nearly expert difficulty in practice.

@@eliteelite1355 beat saber current version is prevent the downgrade. Will need to wait a day for qavs to update.
I've tried this many many times and it didn't work for me and I have meta quest 2. I had sidequest and the bmbf and still something was wrong. What am I doing wrong because I am trying to add new songs.
Did bmbf say you are using outdated mods?
I have no idea I’ve tried at least 20 times with no luck
@@angelabowens9726 So, uninstall bmbf, quest app version switcher and reinstall beat back to live. play beat saber once
Start at the very beginning and tell me when you see something different then whats on the guide.

Yep, no problem updating the quest 2, I’ve been updating after each session(there’s so many updates all the time!)
