Not only do you get your exhaustion back but also if you let go of shift when pallet dropping you can actually drop it from further away and that's how people do the vaccum tech
I always tought sprint burst is much better than any exhaustion perk if used correctly, but that requires some skill and that's why people run perks like old dead hard/mft over it that can give you value no matter what. Doing gens in dead zones, being able to wait extra seconds before going into chases, 99% your exhaustion to use it mid chase makes this perk my no#1.
I still don't understand the argument that M1s are hurt so much by MFT when Sprint Burst is so much worse in that regard. Oh well,the perk that doesn't create 20m of distance on demand and needs you to know how to run a tile is gonna get gutted instead
Yes, SB gives you decent distance at the initial start of a chase, but MFT, when used correctly ( by people who understand how to loop ), the amount of loops you can get in since MFT is up indefinitely once injured and also has a secondary effect that gives you endurance, it’s nuts. TL;DR - MFT doesn’t turn off, just has a requirement and does multiple things while helping in chase, SB just gives you a quick burst of distance.
