I have the dz09 watch an an android phone, I downloaded the funrun and bt notification apps, everything work ok, but it continually loses bluetooth connection, any suggestions, use other apps for example?
Question: I notice that your watch is showing 24-hour time. I have seen elsewhere that you can display in in 12-hr am/pm time, but when it was, say, 4:20 p.m., it displayed the leading zero - 04:20. Can you choose to display it in 12-hour without the leading zero? Thanks if you know. - DD
Hey mate, hopefully you get the chance to respond. I just bought this watch, and I think it's pretty decent for the money. However I am having issues with the touch screen, particularly when I am attempting to text or click numbers. Did you attempt to text with it at all? And if so was it smooth? I found that when I hit certain letters it would not respond in the right area.
So the watch is fine, unless you are hit by a train!

I enjoyed the test and review of this smartwatch, however I think the train test was a little over the top seeing as how any kind of electronics will not survive being hit by a train lol.

Think it needs arm support to survive light 'test' can you please repeat with your arm attached , You'll find the watch is in much better condition after !

I don't really understand the "abrasion test". Hell, I don't even understand who could realistically sweat that much and also manage to worry about their watch and whether or not it's functioning, let alone be wearing it on their wrist in that circumstance. And if you were going to be run over by a train, the watch is probably not going to be the first thought at that moment and thereafter. If it was me, my first priority would be to make sure all of my limbs, torso and skullface remained intact. Original body parts are priceless and worth infinitely more than some chunk of parcel, especially when it's just some lousy $20-30 gadget. Perhaps I'm missing something but I'm quite certain that the subsequent damage to one's health would be a far more significant concern than the $30 it costs for this watch.
I don't know, I can sometimes be a bit slow to the punchline and just maybe the precise point of this video is to rip on the importance we put on these toys or making videos about them and people like me watching them. Maybe it's just because it's posing the most unrealistic potential situations or simply that it "fall down, go boom" and that that's supposed to be cool or funny, and it kind of is but it just seems more like a strange fetish like videos of people eating. If the intent wasn't comedic, god help us all ...of course, somewhere in line after making sure that all of our touchscreens still work. It really is difficult to imagine anything being more essential to a person's well-being than that.

The problem is that the high quality Chinese brushed aluminum becomes unstable when it interacts with water. That's why it didn't survive the train track test. (The more you know)...

Bang it real good and the battery jumps off the contacts and you must power on again.
My DZ09 auto pairs to BT real nice and I get full range of about 60 feet or more sometimes and sometimes 5 feet! BT signal is very dependent on battery and terrain, indoor/outdoor and walls. BTW it seemed to handle a train better than a penny or a quarter but I usually use Amtrak or freight trains!

I accidentally ran sonywear on it then deleted the bt dialer but ran the correct software and it fixed it but the name changed, was bt connect now called remote camera! I'm just happy it keeps on working fine!

The water probably soaked up all the miniature components inside the watch through the 3 speaker holes. Let's be realistic, sweat would not soak the watch like that. Perhaps some moisture or a few drops would get inside but definitely not at the capacity of a faucet. C'mon man... 😀😁
