Mam vaat kshamana me first drugs Ka use krna h kya like external internal use of drugs ??
After that if not responding then we have to go shodhan and shamana chikitsa??

Disease ki severity pe depend karat hai, agar mild disease hai to only drugs de sakate hai, but severe disease hai to shodhan ke bad shaman (drugs) chikitsa karate hai.
