Everybody down there backstab on each other, and chief did the same thing to cats when he was bubbling a little bit back in the day. When has Dallas Tx rappers ever supported each other to create longterm success like Atlanta or Houston or New Orleans, Baton Rouge etc has? They never have, and they never will because of the mentality of how they're raised down there. I was partially raised down there since the 80's, and the selfishness is ingrained in them heavy. The backstabbin and hate while smiling in ya face at the same time is HEAVY in every aspect, whether if it's corporate, music, hustling. This is why Dallas will never flourish with a progressive successful rap scene.
