Omg! You must've been reading my mind. As I've been feeling overwhelmed navigating their site & almost wanting to give up. I've been struggling with POD and looking to improve my designs etc. Thank you!
This really helped me out a lot because I was so overwhelmed by the millions of graphics that I have to sift through. You’re the best ever! Thank you so much for being an awesome helper. God bless you!

Great tips for sifting through all the bad graphics! I signed up for the membership and they are running a special of a lifetime $60/yr. Can't beat that!
Thanks Cassiy for your hard work in putting this great content together. I've learnt so much from you since restarting my etsy shop 6 weeks ago. Started getting a few sales, and hoping to see great success soon. Thanks and God bless you.
Thank you for another great video. It's like you were looking over my shoulder when you said try not to get distracted by the eye candy. You can scroll forever on Creative Fabrica.:)
I read some of the comments, and I definitely agree with them, so valuable information, precise, and especially like if you were reading our minds, Thank you again Cassiy, you're such a wonderful person :)
Something worth mentioning about Creative Fabrica is that if you are not an active subscriber, you cannot use the graphics you previously downloaded. It’s against their TOS. Not sure how they would police that, but you agree to it when you subscribe. On the other hand, I got an annual subscription today for only $59, and that annual fee is locked in. That was worth purchasing for $5/month!
It depends on the license the graphic had and how you used it. Here is a link to the full license to make sure you understand it! www.creativefabrica.com/subscription-license/ Essentially though, if you use a POD License graphic as is without making any changes, then you need to delete it if you ever cancel your subscription. But if you use it as a piece of a larger unique design, then you can keep it up after cancelling your subscription but you just can't make more in the future.
I definitely get distracted. I'm constantly downloading graphics for things I have no plans for. 😂 I have recently started to just follow and save designers and graphics.
Thank you for confirming that when a listing on creative fabrica says full POD usage allowed, you can use the design as is without changing anything. Some other people in a facebook group were telling me that you have to add an element of change to every one of them. It made me worried since most of my shirts have these kinds of designs on them.
I think those people are coming from a place of Etsy says that if you have a production partner, you need to have some kind of hand in the creative process. Some people interpret that as you have to make all of the designs yourself. I however don't think this is something that is ever enforced and you still have to put it all together, connect the production partner, make great mockups etc. So I think it's still safe.
@@CassiyJohnson Ahh I see. Thank you for clarifying everything. You have made me feel more confident and abit more at ease. Oh i wanted to mention this but kept forgetting 😂 after i opened my etsy shop WITHOUT a referral link (and i already had over 40 listings), i messaged etsy support asking if i could use the referral code retroactively and they agreed. They actually ended up giving me 50 instead of 40 free listings. So if you started your shop WITHOUT a code, go ahead and ask anyway 😉 you never know what will happen. Cant hurt to ask. Also, i had dtarted my shop officially 2 years prior but didnt actually use it until about a month before i messaged support.

hey cassiy .. in general, like an idea, do u think it's legal to use CF designs only to sell them as a digital downloads on my etsy? .. digital to digital sell not to POD use
Hello Cassiy, once again another good video as always. Thank you for all the informative videos. I signed up with creative fabrica and its my 4th month making payment but I have never sold anything with their design on. And it's kind of frustrating expecially know that it doesn't come cheap. What would you advise me to do please. Thank you in advance
Hi Ruth! So sorry to hear that. I'd recommend doing more research on your niches, make sure they are currently in high demand and have best sellers now. Then take a look at your SEO, is your title completely filled out and all 13 tags, then is your title actually what people are searching for right now, did you look at other best sellers to come up with the SEO. I'd also look critically at your designs and be honest, are they a good competitor for those best sellers? Are you designs in trendy styles that are selling well right now? For example, the retro fonts, retro colors and retro graphics are really popular this year. Is your listing professional looking? GREAT mockups? Full description, multiple mockups, a size chart, a photo card that gives info and builds more trust with he customer? If you are doing all of those things right, then you should be getting sales. My guess is you are missing the mark on one or more of these things if you aren't seeing the sales that you want. Hope that helps some, feel free to purchase a shop review or 1:1 with me and I could better give you advice for where you are!
This is an older video so I don’t know if you look at these comments anymore . I’m confused about how to know if the numbers on the creative fabrica graphics . Thank you for this video! Do you know if there’s a way to contact an artist directly? Sometimes I’ve noticed a misspelling or wanted to ask them to create a different image.
Hi, Cassiy. I appreciate all of this information. Are there designs on Creative Fabrica that allow you to change the words? For example, if there is a cute design that says PreK Teacher and I want to change it to 1st Grade Teacher, are there certain files that allow me to do that? I should always use the PNG file, correct? It seems as if other people selling on Etsy have figured this out, but I'm still learning. Thank you!
Thank for making another great video! All your videos are such a wealth of information! Quick question - when using Creative Fabrica, do you tend to use the graphics “as is” on your shirts, or do you typically add to it?
@@CassiyJohnson Ok, thanks! I just subscribed but it looks like a lot of the graphics are already fully complete designs that are ready to be placed on products. How do you add more to these designs, or do you stay away from those and just use the single images?
Hey Cassiy, great video! I need some help:/ As of now, do you think it's worth it to upload summer-related listings, or should I start listing fall and Halloween designs already? I was wondering about this, since I wanted to make instant sales, but turns out it's not as instant as I thought(no sales at all). So now I'm thinking perhaps it would be a smart choice to rather upload fall/Halloween designs and have passive income during the fall time. What do you think?
Start fall and Halloween right away! My plan is to finish those up in the next week and start working on Christmas. My fall and Halloween listings are already selling.. Get on it girl the sales will come!!! 🖤
Halloween/Fall is already selling, there are tons of best sellers! Better to put your time into the niches that are about to be selling a ton. It takes a little while to get sales in the beginning anyways though. So do a mixture, 50% Holidays/Season and 50% more "evergreen" niches like Nurses, funny sayings, positive sayings etc. Because you don't want after the holidays to just literally go down to getting no sales either. Hope that helps!
Hi Cassie, I just started following you and watching some of your videos. You’ve mentioned previously to only have a few items available for customers to buy to make them want to purchase before the item is gone. How does that work with POD and Etsy? If I only have 5 items available for a listing and have the setting to auto renew, will it just keep adding items as they sell? I don’t want to lose customers if I can’t replenish my quantity before it runs out.
That must have been someone else recommending that, I set all of my items to have 999 in stock for each size! I think that is too much to keep up on because no it would just go inactive when it sells out and you could lose sales over it.
Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I did that! I’m so sorry 🫣 But thank you for the advise! It didn’t sound like it would work and I’m so glad you helped to clear it up! 😁
Hi Cassiy I watched a video where you talked about being kicked off but didn't really explain why. Could you give an exclamation so others can others can avoid it. Do you mark your listing with production partners? Also it seems that you mainly sell shirts shirts I've been selling a lot of mugs but would like to do some shirts as well do you offer every color available or do you stick to it's just a couple color options? Thank you
When I first started Etsy shut my shop down for no reason, this happens a lot in the beginning because their system is worried you are a bot. No big deal though, you just email them and they reopen it usually within a few days. Yes you have to mark your listings with production partners! I only offer 2-3 color shirts per listing. I'd say you could offer as many as 6 colors but that would be my max recommendation.
Hi, i was wondering, how about the trademarks? If I see a design on CV, like a nice quote with a graphic, but the words have a trademark, can I still use it?
Hi Cassidy, If you purchase a graphic from CF, how do you separate the images? I bought one with a bunch of line drawn flowers but it uploads as the whole sheet. Thank you!
Hi Cassiy, I am finally getting started and I am running into a problem, my images I do on Canva are coming up as Low Resolution when I upload it to printify. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?? I am so frustrated.
You can either open a new project in Canva, then go to your "uploads" and click upload and grab the png that you downloaded already from CF. Or you can just have canva open on a new project, open your downloads folder on your computer, and then just drag the CF folder onto the screen and it should start downloading that way as well!
I'm curious why I can't find the shops your showing? I have the subscription it's paid for 2 years in advance but I don't get alot of the shops you just showed, not one would come up...do they block people's content? I mean It's Paid for why would they ?
I used your link to Creative Fabrica for the one month for $1 deal. Creative Fabrica has charged my credit card, but I can't access anything. All the graphics I look at still cost money. Also, my $1 deal is showing up as expiring as the same day I purchased it. I've emailed Creative Fabrica, but have not heard back from them. Am I doing something wrong?
I have never heard of that happening, so sorry for your bad experience! The only time it looks like that for me is if I am not logged in. I hope CF has gotten back to you with a solution!
@@CassiyJohnson Thanks for taking the time to reply! Sadly I have not heard back from them after two email attempts. I know I'm only out $1.00, but it's midly irritating that I've not heard back. The real bummer is that I can't sign up for another $1.00 trial since their system thinks I've already taken advantage of it. Edit: I just received an email from Creative Fabrica. They are refunding my $1.00. Somehow the transaction was immediately canceled after purchase. The bummer is I will not be able to try the one month $1.00 since it's a one time only thing and since I technically purchased it once I can't get it "again".
Let's say I signed up to Creative Fabrica, and used their graphic, then after 3 or 8 or 14 months, I stop the subscription, what happen to all the graphics I downloaded and used on my POD business? are they still mine to use? thanks
If you use a graphic as is with a print on demand license, then you would need to take this down if you eventually cancelled your subscription. If you edit it to make it your own, add other graphics, add text, change the colors etc. Then you can keep it up after canceling but can't use those graphics to make new designs after your subscription has ended.
did anyone figure out how to actually find the CF stores from the video? I don't see a link, the search doesn't bring them up and even searching for products in the video didn't bring them up
I'd reach out to Creative Fabrica customer service if you've never used a $1 1 month trial before, they should be able to help! Or you can try another email and see if that works!
I laughed so hard when you said to stay on task!!! It is so easy to want to design it all, looking at everything!!

If you purchase a graphic from CF, how do you separate the images? I bought one with a bunch of line drawn flowers but it uploads as the whole sheet.
Thank you!
Most of them are not editable in that way and only sold as is shown in the pic!
Hi Cassiy, I am finally getting started and I am running into a problem, my images I do on Canva are coming up as Low Resolution when I upload it to printify. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?? I am so frustrated.
I’d try starting your canvas size as bigger. When you start your project, make it 5000 x 5000 or 4500 x 5400 pixels
@@CassiyJohnson Ok, I think I was doing create logo... I will try the bigger pixels! THANK YOU!!!! 😬
Another question: I can’t figure out how to move designs from CF to Canva and then edit them
You can either open a new project in Canva, then go to your "uploads" and click upload and grab the png that you downloaded already from CF. Or you can just have canva open on a new project, open your downloads folder on your computer, and then just drag the CF folder onto the screen and it should start downloading that way as well!
@@CassiyJohnson thank you! I’ll keep working on it.
I'm curious why I can't find the shops your showing? I have the subscription it's paid for 2 years in advance but I don't get alot of the shops you just showed, not one would come up...do they block people's content? I mean It's Paid for why would they ?
How do u upload the alternate fonts they won’t load for me 😢the reg ones are ok
Is it possible to order an item from my store with my same billing card ?
I'd probably not chance it as I hear Etsy doesn't like that. Probably better off having a friend or family member purchase instead!
Hi please tell me can i resell the content of creative fabrica on other places
Hello no you cannot! Feel free to look up their licenses on their website and you can read through it to make sure you understand!
I don't see a link, the search doesn't bring them up and even searching for products in the video didn't bring them up
A trial promotion has already been applied to this account in the past.
thats what i recived on ceativefabrica so i cant get the promo or what????????
I'd reach out to Creative Fabrica customer service if you've never used a $1 1 month trial before, they should be able to help! Or you can try another email and see if that works!
You're the best
Thanks so much for watching!
She really is 💯💯💯
That's so weird...I couldn't find Cherry.Design anywhere on Creative Fabrica...anyone else run into the same issue?
That is super weird, just tried searching for them and a bunch of random designs and couldn't find them anywhere!
@@CassiyJohnson I wonder...maybe they got taken down?
Creative market has better designs but more expensive
Creative Market does have gorgeous stuff for sure!
I cant find cherry.designs on there. Help plz?
I can’t find them now either, they may have been taken off CF for some reason!
