    Welcome back to my channel Cookingandkitchen! In today's video, we're making a delightful and easy-to-cook Dagi White Channa Pulao. This flavorful Chickpea Pulao is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner and is sure to be a hit with your family.
    Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups white channa (chickpeas), soaked overnight
    - 2 cups basmati rice
    - 1 large onion, sliced
    - 2 tomatoes, chopped
    - 2 green chilies, slit
    - 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 tsp cumin seeds
    - 2 bay leaves
    - 4 cloves
    - 1 cinnamon stick
    - 1 black cardamom
    - 2 tbsp oil or ghee
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Cook the soaked chickpeas until soft.
    2. In a large pot, heat oil/ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, and black cardamom.
    3. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
    4. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
    5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
    6. Add the cooked chickpeas and mix well.
    7. Add the basmati rice and water. Bring to a boil.
    8. Reduce the heat, cover, and cook until the rice is done.
    9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
