I don't see in any video, if I am a consginee, and due to the US port congestion my freight forwarder is not able to deliver the cargo, will they usually be responsible for demurrage detention per diem coming from chassis shortage?
Hi, no, it's consignee who needs to pay for it. Freight forwarder won't pay for it since it isn't their fault either.
