It saves those 25 seconds specifically during the rooftop fight at the end of Act 3 2:23:42. The dialogue is sped up for there for some reason in Japanese on PC.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th place are currently active, and a couple of other people are working on the run or say they might do runs in the future. I'm 10+ minutes faster than second place though.
I don't think I'm coming back to Bad Blood Any% unless there are new strats. The current WR is already pretty good, and it's gonna be hard to beat because some of the time saves are RNG. I'm staying with Any% because there are still easy/big time saves.

It doesn't start with the shot. It starts when you gain control of Aiden there to be able to aim the gun at Maurice.

It saves time in By Any Means Necessary. The dialogue there with Iraq is a lot faster for some reason in Japanese.
