@@shalinisaravanan generally not possible but you want to test the interrupter, some where fix the interrupter fixed contact and pull the moving contact carefully and connect the insulation tester across fixed and moving contact and do the testing. But be careful while doing test.
hello, we use siemens VCB at 33 kv line. we test VCB one pole at open condition by 5kv magger. we found 76 Mohm. is it Pole ok?.what is the minimum value of Mohm at CB open condition? at 33 kv line

Are you tested across pole i.e VCB bottle value?
yea we magger VCB one Pole between top & bottom. & found 76 Mohm
250 mohm is a minimum value
we have a scnider vcb 33 kv. one pole vaccum has gone,bottle to be replaced with new one. bottles are with us. can any one replace at site, in nepal
