Honeysuckle - "Ooh La La" (Faces)

- In 1973 the Faces released, “Oh La La” into the world and since then it has accompanied every summertime campfire jam and cross country road trip in existence. The song brings on a powerful nostalgic feel for me which is probably why it’s also been featured in several major motion picture soundtracks. I realized when we were learning the song that I had never really picked out the lyrics, instead letting the whole thing wash over me. We hope you enjoy this tune as much as we do.

Love her beautiful voice and his playing- excellent version!
Thank you very much! 😁
She has the same lazy, easy vocal style that Ronnie Lane had, if you don't know of Ronnie, look up OOh La La by Ronnie lanes Slim Chance.

Whats that other instrument?
Chris is playing a mandolin 🤘
If you guys don't blow up soon, TH-cam's algorithm is worse than i thought. Between his ability to play any instrument well, and her amazing voice. Do you two write and record any original songs?
Wow thank you! Yes we do! We have a few albums out that you can find on our TH-cam channel or on Spotify here:

I mean they ain’t close to Rod lol you must be a child
@@Bledsow I actually prefer the counting crows version. as for not being close? I guess you don't understand the concept of a cover.
@@Bledsow "durr, dey ain't cwose to wod".
your comments are worthless, don't leave them.
Shades of Bonnie Raitte
😊
Did they let Sam bankman freid out of jail ?
😅
Was very good but...words mean something and parts of the vocals need "something"...understanding what each word states (not gooblygook), ya lost me then. Yes, it was good and with a little context, would have been great. A father watching his kid fall from his bike and thinking....???? let a a little inuendo play out a scene, if the audience can't understand what your singing. I did like it, other than that :)
Nah..can't beat The Faces
They weren't trying to. All those guys would be happy to know they've inspired someone anyways
@@shustyrackleford_710 ball bag
let's hear the Faces play it again. oh wait, that ain't happening.
