- #Puthan Panam is a 2017 Indian Malayalam film written, directed by Ranjith & Produced by Abraham Mathew in the banner of 3Colours Cinemas, based on the issue of black money and demonetization. It stars #Mammootty, Baiju, Mamukkoya, Hareesh Perumanna, Nirmal Palazhi and Swaraj Gramika in prominent roles.
The film follows the series of incidents that happened in Mangalore-based underworld don Nithyananda Shenoy (Mammootty)'s life, following the announcement of the 2016 Indian banknote demonetization on 8 November. Mammootty speaks Kasargode dialects in the movie. The film was released on 12 April 2017
