This brings back memories my brother had a silver 32 gtst back in 99-01 was auto aswel later converted to manual I remember him saying went better auto was nicer to drive.. just needed a higher stall converter he said he should of stay with the auto 🤔
It's very nice and smooth with the auto, but I might manual swap it, because it lost third and fourth gear. I got told by the transmission specialist that I need a full rebuild and it would cost me 4800 USD
I'm running stock ecu with a custom mapped chip installed. I've heard haltech works on r34 gtt with auto box, but it seems you can only make a custom mapped chip or nistune work with the auto box on r31,r32 and r33.
I bought it in England in 2019 for 5.999 GBP "it was originally 6.999 GBP, but I haggle the price down". It was bonestock with no modifications. It had a few problems, but mostly cosmetic and minimal rust. It will be quite expensive, if you gonna import it like I did and pay the tax to get it registered in your country. I would say save up around 10.000 - 12.000 GBP and you should be able to find a decent R32 GTS-T. They are starting to become hard to come by and the prices is going crazy, since they got legal for US citizen to import them. I wish you all the best of luck to get a R32 one day. :)
LightBeerTV Niceee!! So far I have $10,000 US saved up, But I will continue to look for one and save up meanwhile! Thanks man. Everyone deserves to drive a skyline even if it’s automatic haha 😆
LightBeerTV Nice! Im honestly taking my time right now and not trying to rush into it. Haha I’ll probably end up swapping it or something down the road once I get the feel of RHD.
@@LightBeerTV any problems with the auto transmission? How is the auto box holding up? How much power can this auto trans take? How many gears in the auto trans? 4 or 5 spd and does it allow you to redline at 7k rpm? TIA
Well tbh I think autos would be a smarter option for the time being. Cause like you said you could attempt a swap. But I'd say people probably didn't abuse the autos as much. So less wear and tear on the internals. Just my 00.2$

Hey, what chip was installed on this auto? I also have an auto r32 and have considered getting it tuned as well!
Hey bro, are U running Haltech ecu with the auto gearbox ?

How much did you get it for?? I’m saving up to get one! About how much should I save up?

@@FaceYourFear. That's awesome!! It took me around 3-4 months to find the one for me. Try to get a manual. :)
