We found out when my grandmother was 100 (she lived to 103) that she had married and divorced someone in Indiana where she was from. She moved to Boston and that’s where we are from. We had no idea! She sang on vaudeville after she came here and her stage name came from the last name of the previous marriage! She was married to him from 1919-1926

You didn’t divorce then and we have no idea why she did but our theory was that maybe he wouldn’t let her perform or sing so she divorced him and set her sights to Boston. Her life is amazing story after amazing story. After she had moved and had an agent she one day went to her agents office and passed by some gentlemen who were on the corner (as they were back in the 30’s) . One of them told the others “I’m going to marry that girl”. Well he went up to find out where she was singing and he did end up marrying her. He is my Grandfather.

The car and the witness car parked on the right shoulder ahead of me. I told my mom it was a small car accident. We had to put our doggy down a couple weeks ago so I'd spared her from knowing. Rip Milly Gizmo and Rest in Peace random doggo on the freeway.

i found out many years ago that a dentist can tell if you are of native american decent..............it's in your teeth. if your teeth have extra roots, if the tooth roots are extra long and curved, and if some of your front teeth are curved/scooped in the back, your're native, or of native decent............i am . also , apparently, native americans can be more prone to tooth decay. :(
I have a story about my family. My parents are related, and not in the every human is related way. They are well aware that they are related. To be exact, My grandma(dad's side) and my grandpa(mom's side) are cousins. From what I know, they were set up together(by their families) and later got married. I found this out when I was about 7 or 8 years old from my grandma, and I asked my parents about it and they were like, yes, your grandpa(mom's side) and grandma(dad's side) are related, you didn't know? The thing is after being told from a young age I never found it weird, especially considering they found out about this relation after getting engaged. To be honest as I write this, thinking about with a now much more developed brain, I realize how messed up it really is.

Not a family secret, just a mildly interesting family tree, it is not as chaotic as the trees in the video, it just has a few different routes to connect my 2 parents' families together: 1: Me. 2: My uncle who was first with my mum's sis and got some kids, then later on he switched to my dad's sis. 3: My dad's brother's wife is half sister to my mum's brother's wife. 4: A cousin from mum's side and a cousin from dad's side got a kid together.

Secrets: 1.There's a cookie brand called "Maria Cookies". Dad would ask me "Do you want Great aunt Maria's Cookies?" Took me till I was 15 to realize it was just the name of the brand, when I saw Dad bought "her cookies" months after she died and they hadn't gone bad yet. 2. I took an AncestryDNA test and found out I was Luis Fortuño's wife (Luce Vela)'s fourth cousin. No one told me, even though my grandparents, mom, and great grandmother did. Luis is the former governor of Puerto Rico. I did already know that Jesus Piñero is my great great great grandfather.
I heard from my aunty that my ancestors are actually pirates. They move this city where I live when it wasn't that developed yet, and set a new name to hide from the police before and set up a new life. Now our family name's known for being a big deal smartest people along with other big families who was the first people to live in this city when it wasn't developed. Not exactly a secret, but my ancestors on my mom’s side are kind of a mystery. During some war (I don’t remember which )years and years back, there were two men. One of them was my ancestor. The two met. One was older and one was younger. One wanted to go to war, and the other didn’t- so, they switched identities. Names, living quarters, all of that. Since the system wasn’t as rigorous then as it is now, they were able to get away with it. One went to war, and the other lived out his life. So, because they swapped, we’re not sure who was who originally and who we’re actually descended from. We also don’t know if they had any family we didn’t know about, since this was so many generations back. My mom’s side is somewhat divided on it, and several have even changed their legal names in favor of the ‘correct’ ancestor.

When my mom was in her late 30s and had already had all 5 kids, her dad came to her and asked her to take a DNA test. He said that my grandma gave birth to her in the same room as a Native American woman giving birth, and my mom was very dark, much more so than any of their other 7 kids. He was convinced her whole life that the hospital switched them at birth, though my grandma didn’t think so. My mom didn’t take the DNA test because she didn’t want to find out that she wasn’t actually related to any of her family. Of course there’s nothing wrong with that, but that would be a huge thing to find out when you’ve already had your own family. We highly doubt she actually was switched at birth because she now looks a lot like her siblings and 3 of her kids can’t tan. The only thing that sets her apart is that she is quite a bit taller than any of her sisters. So I guess there’s a very slight possibility that I’m part Native American.

Apparently my aunt abused my dad when he was a teen and she claimed it was his even though she was a grown married woman of around 40. She was married to my dads brother. Anyways so I’m planning on paying them a visit and doing a dna test on my cousin to see for myself bc my dads side doesn’t talk to my dad for this reason. I’m turning 18 in a few months so we’ll see ig. But I can’t tell my younger siblings bc they’re children and I’m the oldest

Not a family secret, just a mildly interesting family tree, it is not as chaotic as the trees in the video, it just has a few different routes to connect my 2 parents' families together:
1: Me.
2: My uncle who was first with my mum's sis and got some kids, then later on he switched to my dad's sis.
3: My dad's brother's wife is half sister to my mum's brother's wife.
4: A cousin from mum's side and a cousin from dad's side got a kid together.
This was in kindergarten where me and this girl would call eachother "cousins" we did that for two years, later on at graduation we found out we were actually cousins when our moms passed by each other. Lol

1.There's a cookie brand called "Maria Cookies". Dad would ask me "Do you want Great aunt Maria's Cookies?" Took me till I was 15 to realize it was just the name of the brand, when I saw Dad bought "her cookies" months after she died and they hadn't gone bad yet.
2. I took an AncestryDNA test and found out I was Luis Fortuño's wife (Luce Vela)'s fourth cousin. No one told me, even though my grandparents, mom, and great grandmother did. Luis is the former governor of Puerto Rico. I did already know that Jesus Piñero is my great great great grandfather.
I heard from my aunty that my ancestors are actually pirates. They move this city where I live when it wasn't that developed yet, and set a new name to hide from the police before and set up a new life. Now our family name's known for being a big deal smartest people along with other big families who was the first people to live in this city when it wasn't developed.
While I remain the average with suffering anxiety.

Not exactly a secret, but my ancestors on my mom’s side are kind of a mystery. During some war (I don’t remember which )years and years back, there were two men. One of them was my ancestor. The two met. One was older and one was younger. One wanted to go to war, and the other didn’t- so, they switched identities. Names, living quarters, all of that. Since the system wasn’t as rigorous then as it is now, they were able to get away with it. One went to war, and the other lived out his life. So, because they swapped, we’re not sure who was who originally and who we’re actually descended from. We also don’t know if they had any family we didn’t know about, since this was so many generations back. My mom’s side is somewhat divided on it, and several have even changed their legal names in favor of the ‘correct’ ancestor.

When my mom was in her late 30s and had already had all 5 kids, her dad came to her and asked her to take a DNA test. He said that my grandma gave birth to her in the same room as a Native American woman giving birth, and my mom was very dark, much more so than any of their other 7 kids. He was convinced her whole life that the hospital switched them at birth, though my grandma didn’t think so. My mom didn’t take the DNA test because she didn’t want to find out that she wasn’t actually related to any of her family. Of course there’s nothing wrong with that, but that would be a huge thing to find out when you’ve already had your own family. We highly doubt she actually was switched at birth because she now looks a lot like her siblings and 3 of her kids can’t tan. The only thing that sets her apart is that she is quite a bit taller than any of her sisters. So I guess there’s a very slight possibility that I’m part Native American.

Erm about the inbreeding thing... My family has inbreeded so much ( marriage among like 2nd cousins) , that even if my parents didn't marry, I'd have all the same relatives, same goes for if my grandparents, great grandparents, heck even great great grandparents didn't marry, GENERATIONS together are related.... My mom's Great Granny and my Dad's Granny are THE SAME PEOPLE... My family tress is not a tree, its a JALEBI. BTW Im Indian.
