Where are the curry leaves. Without that it can't be rasam. Authentic Bramhin rasam is without garlic but with hing and curry leaves. But still it is 👍
The concept is fine. But, it seems the garlic's odor will supress all good mild aroma of traditional rasam. Garlic is only an optional criteria for rasam, that too in a very little part.
Horrible recipe. Toor dal should be cooked without frying to get the rasam taste and the rasam masala should not be cooked for long time. And the amount of garluc used!!! Just prepare the rice n rasam separately. It takes same time.
