- I put clickbait minecraft tiktoks and clickbait minecraft shorts to the test with my insane levels of minecraft knowledge (for my sake that is a joke). A lot of these have gone viral for a minecraft clip so lets see if millions have been lied to! However some of the shorts are actually very interesting but are they real? LETS SEE!

in recent times camman18 has been way more trustworthy than he was a few years ago. i can easily remember when he did "minecraft but" videos and "escape room" videos that were fake or repetitive but now he's more of a minecraft guides guy and i'm proud of him for changing up his content a little bit for the better

the reason you can put flame on amethyst shards is because you are in creative, in creative you can enchant any item with every enchant. in survival this wouldn't work

The enchanted goldern apple one was not found by SB737. A lot of people knew that. He just made a video. I used the enchanted golden apple thing a lot before.

The TNT heart myth at 12:10 was done in bedrock edition. I've tested it on bedrock edition and it works on there. So if you have time or do this again, try it on bedrock edition.

@@Chiefxd. Also, the reason the TNT didn’t all ignite is because the person in the short put the redstone all over each TNT, not just those two.

9:10 Pretty sure that was the 2020 April fools update. They just used a texture pack. In the April fools update, when you threw a book in a nether portal, it would change color and generate a random dimension. They retextured the book to amethyst and the obsidian in the portal frame to amethyst blocks. (Just ignore the fact the dimension they go to at the end clearly has sculk and a Warden despite them not being added for like another 2 years.)

Explosion damage isn't technically based on leggings, its just the lower part of the player. Thats why having any block between your lower half and an explosion source will negate most or all damage.
This also depends on angles and the percentage of your legs protected. Having the entire block between will reduce most damage, whereas if you're at an angle vertically or horizontally, as to have some of the block protecting you, but some of you is still exposed, you'll take more damage
As a Crystal player, yes your right, even if a pixel of your hitbox is out(like in honey) you take more damage compared to fully encased below, another thing is 1 block is not true, it just negates so mucg that it seems like 2 blocks

the honey block ender pearl stasis chamber does work on java edition, it’s just difficult and weird to get the angle right, but it does allow for nether-based stasis chambers

the crystal damage doesnt work like that because "they do damage to leggings". they dont do as much damage if youre below it or if theres a block infront of it because not as many explosion rays will hit you.

For the first one, you can also just use 2 boats (No composter). You place one in a 2x2x1 hole, get in it and exit, then place the other one and get in. You can also just go up sometimes without placing the second one

13:16 all explosions in minecraft do damage to your feet, so the way it works is when an explosion occurs the block that caused the explosion fires thousands of invisible rays only viseble to the game engine, these rays deal a slight amount of damage but due to there being thousands the more rays that hit the player's feet the more damage they take, so that why when placing a block right in front of your feet before an explosion saves you.
The one at 11:57 has to be tried on bedrock, I can tell as the grass has the bedrock spots at the end of the short

*10:01* This simply works because you can put any enchantment on any item when you're in Creative mode, _as far as I'm aware,_ except for the mutually exclusive ones on actual gear (I.e. frost walker and depth strider on the same pair of boots).

just if u care about the "tnt heart" one it does not work in java because the redstone update order ... sadly ... but u can still make it if u put redstone like every side of the tnt or update it from below

3:51 that type of water elevator, was actually normal in older versions of Minecraft Pocket Edition, but instead of honey blocks we used chest. I think they removed it when then nether officially became a thing.

12:42 you should wire the redstone to all the second phase tnt's so they ignite at the same exact time. First one bit tnt should go off first, then every other should go off at the same time after the first single tnt.
