Dear Sai garu, As an educationist, I really appreciate the changes. This is exactly my vision too. You know when I explained this to teachers in my school they looked at me like a monster and said what a crap I am telling them not only teachers even current principals also said it won't work. This policy will be successful only when we educate teachers. Our BED which is a basic teaching qualification should be updated first. Manam Annam vonda kuda bhojanalu pettedam ani chusthunnatu vundi ... For this methodology, teachers requires lot of skill. unfortunately our current teachers attitude is mostly timepass and money. For this more planning and more preparation and spending time is required. which our current teaching feternity don't have. May very few has this commitment. You know I born and bought up in teachers family. I am clearly seeing the difference in dedication and attitude of teachers. At this current stage, I doubt our system is ready for this. Wish and pray this won't impact the children in negative way. Sorry if I am wrong.
Currently reality is Old school named X which was teaching state syllabus has emerged as X- Global with CBSE but the same mugup mindset and continuing the same but fees raised 1.3 lac 1.4 lac 1.5 lac etc and art based learnings is all extra payment or pay 2lac as tution fee, more sorrow part is they installed smart boards and are using them to play videos.

Policies అన్ని బాగుంటాయి కానీ గ్రౌండ్ లెవెల్ లో implementation కి వచ్చేసరికి చాలా బద్దకాస్తులు ఉన్నారు టీచర్స్ అలాగే పొట్ట కొస్తే అక్షరం ముక్క రాని ప్రభుద్దులు కూడా ఉన్నారు కాబట్టి అన్వేష్ ఎలా అయితే ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తూ డబ్బు సంపాదిస్తున్నారో అలాగే టీచింగ్ ని ఎంజాయ్ చేయగలిగే టీచర్స్ తో అయితే సాధ్యపడుతుంది....ఇది నా అభిప్రాయం
School మారడం కరెక్టే చాలా బాగుంది, కానీ ఇంకా changes చెయ్యాల్సింది, డిగ్రీ,pg college లలో ఎందుకంటే అవి అయిపోగానే మేం జాబ్ చెయ్యాలి కదా, జాబ్ related work i mean work నేర్పించాలి అక్కడ చెయ్యాల్సిన పని నేర్పించాలి , ప్రతీ స్టూడెంట్ కు course కు సంబంధించిన జాబ్ లను (ప్రైవేట్ అయినా పర్లేదు) ఆ కాలేజీ నే ఇప్పించేటట్లు rule తీసుకుని రావాలి.. ఎవరైనా ఫెయిల్ అయితే వాళ్ళను pass చేయించే బాధ్యత ఖర్చు కాలేజీ లే తీసుకోవాలి ఆ తర్వాత జాబ్ ఇప్పించాలి... ఇలా చెయ్యగలిగితే ఒక్క ఫెయిల్ స్టూడెంట్ ఉండడు, ఇండియా growth ఎవ్వడూ ఆపలేడు.....

Sir this system is very much beautiful But schools even though education is should be free, every one earning lakhs in the name of trust. Now after this NEP implementation these schools have to bear lot of cost to maintain different categories where children interested Problems 1. School mgt offers only limited categories to choose for students 2. Fees are always very high even though education is free 3. 1) NEP 2020 విధానం లో విద్యా రంగానికి ఏటా ఎంత నిధులను కేటయిస్తారు అన్నది ఎక్కడ mention చేయలేదు. నిధులను కేటాయించకుండ ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగాన్ని ఎలా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తారు?? 2) ఇంత వరకు 2 కొత్త విద్యా విధానాలను అమలు చేశారు, వాటిని నూతన విద్యా విధానం అనే పేరునే పెట్టారు.. కానీ, 2020 లో తెచ్చిన విద్యా విధానానికి మాత్రం *జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం* అని పేరు పెట్టారు... జాతీయం అంటే ఏంటి?? అంటే, అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలు ఈ జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రవేశ పెట్టర?? 3) జ్యోతిష్యం, చిలకదోష్యం లాంటివి స్కూల్ పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలలో ఎందుకు పెట్టారు (కర్ణాటకలో), భగత్ సింగ్ పాఠాలను ఎందుకు తీసేసారు (కర్ణాటకలో), అంటే జాతీయ విద్య విధానంలో ఎలాంటి పాఠాలు ఉంటాయో ఎలాంటి పాటలు ఉండవు అన్నది కర్ణాటకలో దేశానికి తెలియపరచారా? 4) కుల వృత్తులను ఈ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రవేశ పెట్టే అవకాశాలను కన్పిస్తున్నాయి... skills ని నేర్పించటం అంటే జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో కుల వృత్తిలను నేర్పించటమెనా?? 5) జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగానికి నిధులను ఎంత కేటాయిస్తారో చెప్పట్లేదు? అంటే, ప్రైవేటు కార్పొరేట్ వారికి విద్యా రంగాన్ని అప్పగిస్తారా? ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగం భవిష్యత్తులో ప్రైవేటీకరణ అవ్వబోతుందా?? 6) కొఠారి కమిషన్ నివేదికను పూర్తి స్థాయిలో అమలు పరిస్తే మరొక విద్యా విధానాన్ని అమలు పర్చల్సిన అవసరం లేదు కదా? కొఠారి కమిషన్ నివేదికను ఎందుకు అమలు చేయకుండా, కొత్త విధానాన్ని తీసుకొని వచ్చారు? 7) ప్రస్తుతం ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో జాతీయ విద్యా విధానమే అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ జాతీయ విద్య విధానంని అమలు చేసిన వెంటనే.. ప్రభుత్వ వైద్య కాలేజీల్లో 50% మెడికల్ సీట్లను వ్యాపారానికి పెట్టారు?? భవిష్యత్తులో వైద్య విద్యను పేదలు అభ్యసించే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయా? మాకు ఉన్నట్లు కనపడట్లేదు?? 8)నూతనంగా తెచ్చిన జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు హక్కులు ఉండవు! పూర్తి హక్కులు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికే ఉంటాయి. రాష్ర్ట హక్కులను హరించటమే కదా ఇది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేతిలో విద్యా రంగం ఉంటే, భవిష్యత్తులో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగం ప్రైవేటుపరం అవుతుంది, ఎలాగైతే నేడు ప్రభుత్వ వైజాగ్ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రైవేటు ను చేస్తున్నారో అలాగ.....

వినటానికి బాగుంది బ్రో..కానీ govt school ఆ లేవు ఉన్న మంచి టీచర్స్ లేరు... చాలా ప్రైవేట్ స్కూల్స్ జస్ట్ ఎదో బోర్డ్ పెట్టమా సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇచామా అన్నట్టు ఉన్నాయి మంచి స్కూల్ లో ఇప్పుడే 1-1.5L అడుగుతున్నారు ఇప్పుడు ఇవన్నీ చూపించి 2-3 ఆడుగుతరు... ఆఖరికి ఉన్నవాళ్ళ పిల్లలు ఇంక బాగుపడత రు లేని వాళ్ళు అయోమయం లో..ఉంటారు అంతే .. చిన్న చిన్న కన్వెంట్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్ లు ప్రింట్ చేసి ఇచ్చేస్తారు... ముందు కట్టిన డబ్బుల కి మంచి టీచర్స్ స్కూల్స్ లో ఉండేలా చూడమని చెప్పు బ్రో.. నీ ఛానల్ లో చెప్తున్నా రీచ్ వస్తుందేమో..
I request to change the lectures with half-knowledge and I think this is the root cause of the education system because if we love teachers’ behaviour automatically we focus on their subject so teachers please be kind to your students and learn how to treat them.

This is exactly my vision too.
You know when I explained this to teachers in my school they looked at me like a monster and said what a crap I am telling them not only teachers even current principals also said it won't work.
This policy will be successful only when we educate teachers.
Our BED which is a basic teaching qualification should be updated first.

2. Fees are always very high even though education is free

నిధులను కేటాయించకుండ ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగాన్ని ఎలా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తారు??
2) ఇంత వరకు 2 కొత్త విద్యా విధానాలను అమలు చేశారు, వాటిని నూతన విద్యా విధానం అనే పేరునే పెట్టారు.. కానీ, 2020 లో తెచ్చిన విద్యా విధానానికి మాత్రం *జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం* అని పేరు పెట్టారు...
జాతీయం అంటే ఏంటి?? అంటే, అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలు ఈ జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రవేశ పెట్టర??
3) జ్యోతిష్యం, చిలకదోష్యం లాంటివి స్కూల్ పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలలో ఎందుకు పెట్టారు (కర్ణాటకలో), భగత్ సింగ్ పాఠాలను ఎందుకు తీసేసారు (కర్ణాటకలో), అంటే జాతీయ విద్య విధానంలో ఎలాంటి పాఠాలు ఉంటాయో ఎలాంటి పాటలు ఉండవు అన్నది కర్ణాటకలో దేశానికి తెలియపరచారా?
4) కుల వృత్తులను ఈ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రవేశ పెట్టే అవకాశాలను కన్పిస్తున్నాయి... skills ని నేర్పించటం అంటే జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో కుల వృత్తిలను నేర్పించటమెనా??
5) జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగానికి నిధులను ఎంత కేటాయిస్తారో చెప్పట్లేదు? అంటే, ప్రైవేటు కార్పొరేట్ వారికి విద్యా రంగాన్ని అప్పగిస్తారా? ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగం భవిష్యత్తులో ప్రైవేటీకరణ అవ్వబోతుందా??
6) కొఠారి కమిషన్ నివేదికను పూర్తి స్థాయిలో అమలు పరిస్తే మరొక విద్యా విధానాన్ని అమలు పర్చల్సిన అవసరం లేదు కదా? కొఠారి కమిషన్ నివేదికను ఎందుకు అమలు చేయకుండా, కొత్త విధానాన్ని తీసుకొని వచ్చారు?
7) ప్రస్తుతం ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో జాతీయ విద్యా విధానమే అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ జాతీయ విద్య విధానంని అమలు చేసిన వెంటనే.. ప్రభుత్వ వైద్య కాలేజీల్లో 50% మెడికల్ సీట్లను వ్యాపారానికి పెట్టారు?? భవిష్యత్తులో వైద్య విద్యను పేదలు అభ్యసించే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయా? మాకు ఉన్నట్లు కనపడట్లేదు??
8)నూతనంగా తెచ్చిన జాతీయ విద్యా విధానంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు హక్కులు ఉండవు! పూర్తి హక్కులు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికే ఉంటాయి. రాష్ర్ట హక్కులను హరించటమే కదా ఇది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేతిలో విద్యా రంగం ఉంటే, భవిష్యత్తులో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా రంగం ప్రైవేటుపరం అవుతుంది, ఎలాగైతే నేడు ప్రభుత్వ వైజాగ్ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రైవేటు ను చేస్తున్నారో అలాగ.....

అంతా బాగుంది కానీ SC ST OBC OC అనే కాస్ట్ చదువు ఎప్పుడు తీసి వేస్తారు. SC, ST వాళ్ళకి తక్కువ ర్యాంక్ వచ్చిన మంచి కాలేజీ లో seat వస్తుంది కానీ OC వాళ్ళకి 85% పైన ఉన్న ఎందుకు Seats రావడం లేదు.

వినటానికి బాగుంది బ్రో..కానీ govt school ఆ లేవు ఉన్న మంచి టీచర్స్ లేరు... చాలా ప్రైవేట్ స్కూల్స్ జస్ట్ ఎదో బోర్డ్ పెట్టమా సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇచామా అన్నట్టు ఉన్నాయి మంచి స్కూల్ లో ఇప్పుడే 1-1.5L అడుగుతున్నారు ఇప్పుడు ఇవన్నీ చూపించి 2-3 ఆడుగుతరు... ఆఖరికి ఉన్నవాళ్ళ పిల్లలు ఇంక బాగుపడత రు లేని వాళ్ళు అయోమయం లో..ఉంటారు అంతే .. చిన్న చిన్న కన్వెంట్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్ లు ప్రింట్ చేసి ఇచ్చేస్తారు...
ముందు కట్టిన డబ్బుల కి మంచి టీచర్స్ స్కూల్స్ లో ఉండేలా చూడమని చెప్పు బ్రో.. నీ ఛానల్ లో చెప్తున్నా రీచ్ వస్తుందేమో..
