great one! stopped using personal cell phone about 5 years ago and never regretted... stopped using social networks few years ago (biggest ones and smaller ones some time ago) and working on checking email after 3-4 p.m. (not earlier) now... - I recommend it to everyone :) it is fun! do not worry - you will not miss real friends! also it is good to stop watching news and crazy tv shows... you will get some time to read smart books and watch educational videos and visit inspirational sites and spend time with God, friends and yourself OFFline. yeah! I am trying to do it being software developer (web developer) - so I am not kind of monk and I love technology too

Very relative to My Life, and very useful information. Shoot, just the 45 sec of being still in the sermon felt good. I Am going to be using this method and setting boundaries from technology the best way I know how, and Let the Power of Christ give the strength to be self disciplined. Thanks for the amazing Sermon and help with breaking habits of this broken world. God bless!

Having to struggle when you never had to is the worse. You shouldnt hate people you just know who you can count on especially if you always look out and help others then when you need help for the first time it’s makes you wonder where is God? But then who I am to question the Lord.
