Sorry its 22.50 for 5litres. Overall a good product that has the appearence of a thick "scene" foamy prewash. But does have strong cleaning and degreasing. I see it more as a trade product for neglected cars and commercial vehicles. Its no where near as caustic as truck wash. Problem with this trade TFR market is you can get 25 litres for this sort of price. But keeping it very simple I was pretty impressed.
They also do a caustic free maxi mousse also. I carry them both on the van. Maybe you could do a video trying the non caustic version see what you think
Thank you for the product review! Great to hear your feedback on the product. I think you were spot on with the main use for this product. We are bringing out a new pre wash this year that is going to be a lot 'safer'. We might even add a fragrance to Snowstorm now!
This stuff is up there with the best of them. I use touchless on moderate dirt. But on really filthy stuff in the REAL world, this product is king. You will see plenty of commercial vehicles being cleaned with it.That tells its own story..
I've just started using Maxi Mouse, and i think it's amazing! It actually cleans, unlike most snowfoams. It is strong, so maybe just use it every 5th wash if you're worried about the strength? Definitely good for winter use with all the grim. Brand snobs will put it down, but i think you have to give it a go.
Jenny chem pretty decent tbh , people panic about caustic or alkaline but this snowfoam actually does what we all want in a snowfoam . Think some forget the purpose of the Job of a snowfoam. It's ideal for fleet wash or vans
I've been using this Jennychem foam throughout winter for the past few years and love it. Just like your results prove it shifts loads of dirt with ease. I don't use it in warmer months as it's a bit overkill if the car is only dusty so I can see why you wouldn't use it on your immaculate cars. 😊
That insanely glossy E36 keeps giving me inspiration for going out to polish and wax Little Vicki, my Volkswagen Polo. She's not exotic by any stretch of the imagination, but she's very well put together and also richly finished in deep metallic Diamond Black, so the gloss should be the same, if never better. She is getting there, though.
The same thing happened with my lid on the touch-less bottle, I ended up putting the we lid from auto wash bottle on it as I have a dilution thing on that now.
I think the touchless is probably still better and more advanced for normal dirt and road film, less oily dirt. also gentler. I personally wouldn't use this regularly. touchless technologically best snow foam I ever used
Slightly off-topic, but I noticed a pristine Estoril Blue T-plate BMW 840Ci in traffic this morning. It has the same split-rim alloys as your E36. It's got to be one of the last ones made if it's on a T, they started on an H.
Birds tweeting from spring. Good times to come. Mid winter , valeting this mild winter just harsh. Not much finesse, more slow pace and attention, more horse power speed and fans to dry interiors. I’m using BH Touchless only on girlfriend car now , sad as it’s ace. It is the best. But as you said Jon. Not double the better wash for wash.
Use Jennychem stuff for a while, good company to deal with and may not be world leaders but good products for there price, especially there tyre shine stuff.
Used this a few times now. It is brilliant on heavy dirt and grim. I wouldn't use it for a general wash on a well looked after car. So for me the wifes motor will get this jennychem one and my cars stick with bilthamber.
i recently got turtlewax pro valetting line of snowfoam for 20 quid off ebay... i use 1 to 4 ratio for the mix... honestly im really impressed with it... it gets the dirt off and leaves the surface slightly lubricated if that makes sense... easy to wash and dry after
can't go wrong with this product at all...does what it says on the tin - if your car is heavily soiled ( like mine at the moment ) this is definitely a good shout...I wonder how well this would do the tyre walls and would it be better at shifting the ingrained dirt from the wheels so when you shine them up afterwards, would it look mint and look professionally cleaned? also, I'm guessing, pure guess, for the engine bay it would have to be cold and you'd use a detail brush to get into those hard to reach places and thoroughly rinse off?
Would you mind doing a full range test on jennychem? Citrus, regular snowstorm, foam wash, ceramic wash, glass cleaner etc. I live near them and wana know if its worth paying a visit or if I should just go with bilt hamber.
Hiya great video as always you don't miss a trick. I've a bit of a worry on some Car Chem first base pre wash, after it caused some damage to my diamond cut alloys, (brand new) I investigated as it said was safe to leave for 10 minutes neat and can be watered down to 10:1 the label shows a negative PH but no number but on the dial around PH 9-10 but when I measured it with litmus paper it's PH 14. How can a product with PH 14 not cause damage? it says safe on all paint and wheels. Could you explain in simple terms what we should be aiming for regarding PH levels on any paintwork and wheels please?
Seems like a good product, use some caution and it'll be fine I'm sure. BH works great in my situation, I use ceramic coatings and dirt generally flys off. Personally, I don't really want to use an ultra strong precleaner as its just not needed for my conditions. During the summer months I'm using Touch-less at around 1% old formula with 20ml of Koch Chemie GSF for the fragrance mainly. That's a perfect amount of precleaner mix before Carpro Reset shampoo and a sachet of Touch-on once a month. I mainly use a rinseless wash 60% of the time now. P&S Absolute is my current favourite. I hear Gtechiq might have something in the pipeline, possibly for next year 🤗. Jon, as rinseless washes are becoming more popular, perhaps that might make for a good group test this summer maybe? Bilt Hamber if you're watching....a dedicated rinseless or Rinse-less (1st for namimg that one 😂) would be great 👍
@@79blustone I would say better cleaning ability and ease of use, that leaves nothing behind, even left to dry, in high heat or direct sunlight, dry spots wipe right of with no haze/streaks.
@scottohms2799 I think you're probably right. I'm interested in this brand, apparently they make some good detailing spray too. I believe they've got ceramic infused and normal detailer. I think I might grab a bottle of Hero on my next order. I think either In2detailing, Slims, clean your car, clean and shiny stock this brand. I shall take a look now! 👍
This looks like a fantastic TFR for self-employed valeters like ourselves who are always looking for good value, albeit high quality wash concentrates. The only thing preventing me pulling the trigger on this product, is the fact that it may be a bit too strong for some bare plastic surfaces and bright-coloured brake and suspension componentry. For example, we valet plenty of VAG rubbish in my garage, most come with black plastic alloy wheel nut covers. Would this TFR have the potential to make these black caps turn white, and darken the calipers?
I've used it on my cars for a few years in the colder months and never had trouble with plastic trim or anything like that. It's just like any other snowfoam in that respect.
Jon. Merry Christmas. Got the 20L £48 Black Friday maximouse. Also have 25L ViroSol citrus. Ready go. Haven’t used. Got 3x 5L TFR on way out …. I’m finally moving away from standard cheap TFR. Which one should I use for which. It’s all a puzzle. I apply PW KC for a wax thereafter. Cheers.

It's possible m8 that can have an impact. But as soon as the Jenny chemist hit it I could see instant emulsifying. I don't think here's anything surprising with results. This product is a caustic tfr versus a bio based pure surfactant. This tfr is really for very dirty commercial vehicles or poorly maintained beaters that have not been cleaned for a year. Its good but like I say I prefer a safer product and of course jennychem have those offerings too but I think Touch-less will be hard to beat in that field.
