Hello ate char,,,tama po kyo,,kailangan tatagan ang ating pananalig sa Panginoong lumikha,dahil sya lamang ang ating tanging masasandigan,at tulungan natin ang ating sarili,,iam also a cancer patient,dec, 2018 when i was Diagnose that i have a leukemia,,kakauwi lng nmin ng husband ko dyan satin sa pinas,2wiks p lng kmi,etc,2yun na confine ako dyan for 3 days,nasalinan ako ng 3bags na dugo,kinabukasan lumipad n kmi pabalik dto sa Austria from Airport deretso ospital,at salamat sa Panginoon ngayon po nkarecovered nko,,i admire you a lot ate char,npakatatag mong tao,hindi ka pababayaan ng Panginoon,magtiwala tyo sa kanya,God Bless you Po,

Naiintindihan ko Ate Cha ang pinagdadaanan mo at sana tuloy tuloy na ang iyong pag galing. Sister ko rin breast cancer survivor. Six years na rin syang cancer free pero every 6 months meron syang complete check up. Nag chemo at radiation din sya. Ang adviced ng mga team doctors nya nung basta kaya nya tuloy lang ang trabaho nya. Wala syang panlasa pero parating nag papaluto sa akin ng ampalaya at tuyo. Tapos para hindi sya ma depress gabi gabi ko syang tinatawagan. Nagpaturo akong mag luto ng mga ampalaya recipes sa mga kaibigan kong Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian at Chinese para kahit papano may iba ibang style. Tapos sinabi ko sa kanya mag pagaling at magbabakasyon kami sa Pinas. Sa awa naman ng Dios gumaling sya. Nilebre ko buong pamilya nya ng bakasyon sa Pinas, Malaysia at Singapore. Sinamahan kami ng pinsan namin na doctor at nurse para at least may kasama kami. Yong doctor kasi maraming kaibigan sa Malaysia at sa hotel na tinirhan namin marami ring mga Filipino workers. Tama ka Ate Cha lahat naman temporary lang. Marami ka pang mission sa buhay Ate Cha kaya marami ka pang BLESSINGS na darating.

I am currently a cleaner (college school) here in abroad (non english speaking country) Yesterday the boss her where I worked offer me a office job (reception) yesterday. I was in total shock and i Get very nervous. I ddnt expect it to be offer to me. She said she believe i can do it. Shes is so proud that i can speak their language. But inside me im nervous and scared because I am not confident about my speaking skill sa language Nila. But since i watched this video of urs. I earn trust and confident in my self. And I will give it a try as a office reception work. As you said we just have to be always ready. So thank you for the courage u just gave to me right now ate charing. Dapat regular Check up gehapon siya, Kay Arun MA tan aw kun dead na VA gayud ang mga cancer cells niya. Kay daghan case na cancer free, but after 5 years balik napod ang cancer, tungod sa pataka ug kaon. Labi na meat crabs ug chicken. Bisan native ang chicken pero ang gekaon sa nanuk Kay commercial feeds man pod. Hehehe

advice ko lang ate cha more fruits and vegetables less meat Dapat tsaka kung magluto ka ng meat dapat steam no oil bili ka ng steamer iwasan mo ang mga inihaw at less rice dapat drink plenty of water especially in the morning empty stomach kasi cleansing un ang sbi ng friend ko d2 sa Israel kasi nagpa check up xa kung cancer yong sa breast nya kasi nga magkano bukol sya Tinanong nya sa doctor 5 years daw ang batayan bago masabi na cancer survivor ang isang pasyente but I wish you good health are cha watch your diet tlga concern lng po I’m not a basher

Ate Charing laban lang Cancer Survivor din ako.
6 chemo din ako pag dating sa 4th chemo ang pina ka matindi na number. Munting na ako bumitaw sa treatment ng no. 5 and 6 because I was landed sa hospital for a wake vomit and D na green color at wala naman bacterial according sa lab.test I ask sa doctor tigil na ako sa treatment mamatay ako sa sa Chemo di sa cancer. A group of medical doctors pumasok sa room ko at kina usap ako. Sabi kung ang vomit ko is over kasi sinalinan ako ng salt water 8000 ml for 7 days gumaling ako uli at naka uwi. Tapos tinawagan ako uli sa mga doctor mula Denmark na may proposal sila instead mag hintayako ng 3 weeks every chemo may Chemo silang Medicine mas mild and need to be given every weeks good for chemo no. 5 and 6 so for 8 weeks nag chemo ako rito sa Greenland. Ang side effect during chemo sa every weeks is less. After sa Weekly Chemo I am on the stage sa Radiotherapy 25x but they need to sent me in Denmark it was Jan. 2018 I completed my Radiotherapy March 2018.
It is right the side effect of all treatment is longer that we imagine. After treatment only 65% of my energy back to normal. Now soon 2021 my body not fully recover. I stay home without working. In shaallah hope one day maka balik ako sa trabaho.
Lisud gyud ang cancer treatment killings all our good cells in the body. I'm still having a Solendron acid treatment for my bones every 6 months good for 4 years and hormones medications everyday good for 5 years.
It is a tricky situation all those extended extra medications. I just wish for the best of my health in future. Yes we cancer free but side effect is not free. In every 2 years is my cancer control check up all is Negative now with the bless of God. God blessed to all of us a cancer patients and cancer survivor. Ater Cha keep going and God will take the rest! Amping kanunay!🙏🙏🙏
