thank u for appreciating what we cant seem to be bothered with. as far as i know many of us including me are those displaced by the wars, right now descendents of those refugees are minorities which are stuck where we are. cant go home and home dont consider us chinese citizens anymore. and it sucks to be minorities in societies which are being regarded as infidels. with threats of genocide once in a blue moon it sucks and there is nothing much we can do about it..

Yeah man you can easily see the contrast between the PLA and RCA, especially during the 50-90’s you could see the uniforms were very heavily influenced by the soviets on the PLA side of things and the RCA’s uniforms were styled in a similar way to the American uniforms and their armament, equipment and body armor/webbing we’re similar to their respective Cold War partners. It tells one hell of a story

Definitely would like to see a WW2-era game with China as a playable faction. Their involvement is always overlooked, despite their importance in the fight against Japan.
Very interesting to see the uniforms during the 1930s through 1950s, considering the fact that nationalist and communist forces had to make an uneasy alliance against the Japanese. One can tell which European power supplied which faction based on the style of uniform and weapon. It was also very interesting to see one of the more modern uniforms camouflage pattern for the RoC; it looks very similar to the Rhodesian brushstroke pattern.
It was not all selections during the 1930-1950. but no one can review it all completely,because China has so many native forces in this history, and they had different uniforms. By the way so many things disappeared in war, such as clothing food technic memory and so on.
This came up on my feed again. This is such a good video. The music is both grand and melancholy, in keeping with the passing of generations, and the hard lot of soldiers in all times and places. God grant their souls welcome.

为了民族奋斗的都是英雄
这真的是英雄世家
我姥爷45年日本投降前夕参加了八路军，后来又参加解放军从东北一路打到两广，解放后转业到河南参加新中国建设。现在97岁高龄除了耳聋和白内障身体还不错。19年国庆还收到了国家颁给的证书和奖章。他给我讲过很多过去的故事，每次都听的我热泪盈眶。不管是共军和国军，都是有血有肉的中国军人，值得尊重。只不过现在岛上的国军已经不把自己当国军而一心当岛军了，实属可悲。

我太爷爷是一名国军军医，追红军的时候走散了，然后就把军服埋了起来，把证件藏好，在当地当一名医生，后来就有了我的外婆。我爷爷早年当过八路军，对，真的是土黄色的军服，还有一把驳壳枪，后来解放了他也退伍了。

One can tell which European power supplied which faction based on the style of uniform and weapon. It was also very interesting to see one of the more modern uniforms camouflage pattern for the RoC; it looks very similar to the Rhodesian brushstroke pattern.

Any details on the 1934 helmet? Was this a Chinese design or an import? And why was this dropped in favor of the German M1935 helmet?
Interesting to see the massive differences in uniform colors and equipment. Also very interesting to note the German influence in equipment as well.

Alberta Jiang in this case it is the same equipment/weapons as soviet and US because it was donated or bought from soviet and US as in the cold war taiwan had US backing and china has soviet backing before the sino-soviet split

靴子是很重 解放鞋很轻跑步快 军靴是硬一点格斗好一点 05年才有特种兵才有军靴 解放军都是用解放鞋
