CIDs alright. I built him pretty well from the banner and I did 3 rounds of the step up just to get him started - I kinda preferred the whale banner they had with Angeal tho that was just 2k per pull with a guarantee 5 star. It was more consistent. Rather than This step up had to drop more red crystals to get the bonus from the last step and sometimes the 50% bonus 5 star pull can go very poorly.

Remember you have also another costume for Cid using blue crystals. Stat wise it sucks as expected but at least it looks cool
