All we need now is to make this an actual gamemode, but first would be good to use the Frontline tank model. Okay, now my concept: 1. Base is a payload mode, but this time the attacking team is red 2. The "cart" as a tank, that is controlled by a real player selected randomly (IF PLAYER IS INACTIVE FOR 40+ SECONDS, THE OTHER PLAYER BECOMES THE TANK) 3. The tank is invulnerable to fire, bullets (with an exclusion to sniper rifles except the Sydney Sleeper) or melee weapons, and has no damage fall off from rockets and stickies 4. The base tank's HP works same way as the VSH mode; more players means more health (with a base of 2000) 5. The tank can freely move around the map to choose the way to go to the "bomb drop" point, and like the actual payload, has to go through a several ammount of points (THE CAPTURING WORKS SAME AS THE CP POINTS, THE TANK HAS 3x CAPTURE RATE) 6. The moment tank is dead, the enemy team looses IF the timer isn't less than 5 minutes, otherwise the tank is being respawned with a bonus of a small speed boost to it 7. The tank uses Rockets as it's main armament, with base damage being 250, min fall of damage being 125 and max ramp-up being 450, rockets have slightly less fall off distance and same speed as Direct Hit's rockets (REFLECTED ROCKETS STILL DO MINI-CRITS TO THE TANK, BUT THE DAMAGE TAKEN IS 70% LESS) 8. Since we want people to play as a team, engineers can repair tank IF: - the health of a tank is below 2/3 of max health - the engineer has full metal (one repair costs exactly 200 metal) - the tank player is standing still (the repair time is equal to a dispenser build up time) 9. Some weapons deal extra damage to the tank, like: - the Black Box in "Tank Buster" set - Direct Hit - Scottish Resistance - Loch-n-load 10. The teams will be with different player count. Since one of RED players is a tank, their max players limit (without the tank) is 9 11. The final point is a specific object which has it's own HP bar, as soon as tank crosses the trigger the object takes damage ONLY from explosions, so only explosive classes/tank could destroy it 12. To not make classes as Spy, Heavy, and Scout useless, we can give them some special abilities (VSH did that to every class, why can't we get creative? :)) 1) Scout - Mad Milk slows down the tank movement to the level of a revved-up Tomislav Heavy 2) Spy Sapper can be used to stop the tank from movement for 7 seconds, after what it self-desroys (The other sapper won't work) 3) Heavy [ERR_CODE404{NO_DATA_FOUND}] I'll probably add more things here, but I love how it looks already
Scout and spy can be just used for killing enemies protecting the tank, for heavy i only see camping somewhere and wait to tank pass to attack enemies from behind
Hey you should participate making community new gamemode like tank gamemode so every tank stats is depend on your class, scout is light tank with small mm while heavy is big and bulky but still small round while medic is healing cannon

Kinda remind me of Dirty Bomb where you have to push a military vehicle as a "payload" equivalent with mountable turret and vehicle health that if enemy unit zero'ed it one need to fix it up to make the vehicle moved again.
