Hello, I have the same problem. I was replacing my battery in iphone 12 and transplanted BMS. It was working fine but with old battery health. After month of using the battery (everything was working) i installed the tag-on flex to reset battery health and it shows 1%, and wont charge. I restarted multiple times, and I took it off and put it on for two hours and still the same. Now even without the tag-on flex battery shows 1%. Is it possible that this tag-on flex broke my BMS? Because it was the easiest step and after this, problem occured. Do you think that transplanting chip to a new BMS is the only way to fix it now? Thank you

Hi, there is a break in the battery flex closer to the battery connecter.
it's possible that this crack happened when you installed the tag on flex (by bending the battery flex).
