If you guys have a Vizio tv like I do and it randomly stops showing your tv the way that I just fixed this is I went to the airplay settings on the tv itself turned it off waited about 15 seconds and turned it back on and it fixed it for me…hope this helps people in the future

I have a SOLUTION that worked for me! For months this issue has stopped me using airplay on my iPhone and Samsung TV. I tried so many videos and nothing worked. Then I tried something very simple. I disabled Wi-Fi on my iPhone. Then I enabled it again…. Voila. Screen mirroring worked! Sometimes I’ll go back to airplay something and it doesn’t work again. Which is when I just disable Wi-Fi again then knock it back on. Which has solved this frustrating problem for me. I really hope it works for you.

Thank you for this video. My iPad can "see" my music streamer (Cambridge Audio CXNv2), but each time I try to use it, it simply says "Unable to connect to "CXNv2". This is now happening with my iMac as well, but from my iMac, I can at least use Chromecast (which is built into the CXNv2) to cast music to the streamer - this works. As this works, I can't see that the problem can be with tge streamer, it seems that it must be the Apple Airplay, but I now have no idea what to try next.
I just got my 14 pro max yesterday. And found out it can’t airplay my music to my HomePod. And all my old devices just work as usual except this new phone. What should I do
Ik the problem you just have to connect to the same Wi-Fi the tv is connected to then it should work and if it still don’t disconnect for a few seconds then connect back

I have the latest apple software on my iPad pro, but before I updated to the latest software airplay worked fine through my iPad and on my TV (my TV is airplay compatible and has an airplay input built into its software!). It doesn't work at all now since the software update - and yes everything is properly connected, it's a bit condescending telling viewers how to connect WiFi, devices, 'make sure they're switched on' etc... The computer age isn't a new thing we know what we're doing! Airplay has become shit because Apple updates have ruined it and Apple doesn't care because it has bigger problems just trying to stay afloat!

I can’t airplay to my Apple TV.
Sometimes it will only AirPlay on 2g Wi-Fi and won’t airplay on your 5g Wi-Fi if you have both set up in your home
Reset the wifi on the tv if you have a Samsung turn it off on your phone turn it back on try it worked hella fast

AirPlay doesn’t work on certain WiFi signals. Try switching between 2g or 5g WiFi. Mine only works on 5g
