    I sometimes struggle reading patterns hence coming to TH-cam for tutorials. I am in love with how you combine the written pattern and walk us through it. You are a diamond in the rough as far as crochet tutorials go. You’re easy to listen to, detailed yet not annoying lol you don’t skip steps. I am just in love with the channel. Thank you for existing ❤️❤️❤️

    Another great tutorial and absolutely the best demonstration I’ve seen for the single crochet border across all of the rows at the base of the pumpkin! Just finished one for our fall decor (my fave, too) and starting another for a friend.

    I have been using your pattern for pumpkins for over a year now. I’ve bought other pumpkin patterns and mixed and matched patterns stitches, patterns, and styles and I always find a way to begin every pumpkin with your foundation circle and doing my rows vertically. Your technique makes the cleanest pumpkins that are easy to re-open and re-stuff to stitch back up. Thank you thank you thank you.

I am a 65 yr young newbie to TH-cam and your wonderful sites. I’m looking forward to learning and refining my crochet skills with you to take me through the coming Alaskan Winter!
    Ps: I found that a long upholstery needle does the trick on the pumpkins, when finishing.

    Thank you very much for this wonderful tutorial! I used a thicker yarn and needle (6 mm) and it turned out really big - unfortunately I could not get from bottom to top with my needle any more to better shape it due to the height - but I helped me out with another technique - and it is looking really great! Now I need to look for a piece of wood for the stem (the cinnamon stick will be too small) Thank you once again : )

    Amazing, as usual! If you don't have/know of any already, could you think about possibly doing a tutorial that clearly shows you where to insert your hook as you are single crocheting along the "edge" of a row? I have been trying to do some bikini triangle tops, and it is so hard to get the correct number of stitches on both sides!

      To make it bigger I think adding more sc into that first magic circle. (But keep 2 row similar adding the 3 sc in each sc).
      To make it a taller pumpkin try adding more chains (she did 27) just add more. I hope this makes sense.

    • @YarnandChai
      @YarnandChai  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      There's no multiple needed, except you'll want to keep an even number of stitches in your circle. Add stitches to the circle to make it wider, and add chains to make it taller! :)
