I'm so excited to find the word Nystagmus!! As a child, when I would go to bed at night, I discovered that if I started intensionally moving my eyes back and forth, that motion would kick into involuntary rapid Nystagmus and I would shoot out of my body at warp speed and float in the stars to fall asleep. It was so cool and fun and absolutely peaceful. Thank you for this word, and also the reminder to ask the guides. I can definitely use this today. ✨💖✨ I stopped being able to do it as I got older.

OMG - that is so truly cool! OK although I can connect to my guides and Higher Self
at times, you’re giving me hope to try this method and see how it goes. Thank you and blessings to you!!

I just started using the exact hemisync mediation she mentions (The Training Ground) again this week after not doing them for a year. I’d stopped because I was too afraid but now I finally feel ready. Twice during yesterday’s meditation I could feel myself being “lifted” into a different level of consciousness and those moments came with a knowing that my guides were helping me. I’m so grateful for Suzanne’s dedication to this work and to humbly sharing her own learnings!

You reminded me of my new mantra. If I'm trying, I'm dying. It is based on ease theory because we aren't here to struggle. Spirit is always with you, always. Much love Suzanne. ❤

It's so comforting to reach into your memory and relive the feelings of awe when presented with a miracle. Now 81, I think about these things more now than when I was young - just never questioned it. While I don't have the sense of direct connection brain wave hook up, just that I see evidence of it all around me, every minute of every day... Choices made, routes taken - the Universe always guided my direction. Give it up to your higher Spiritual Powers!👍🙏

What stunning insights! They take our understanding of what we saw the other day to a whole new dimension. Such a cool word too - nystagmus!! Thank you Suzanne. ❤🙏

Suzanne I was present for that Q and A session. I did see that and it never ceases to amaze me how you / we can access our guides. Listening to your teaching and insight always gives me goosebumps. However I am still unable to make the " Shift".
After this podcast though, I will be listening to the hemi sync recording you spoke of and I truly hope it gives me the boost to access my daughter and guides.
    Thank you. Andrea from Australia

Thank you! This was amazing to watch! And thank you for bringing up hemi-sync. I have wanted to learn more about this modality and have often wondered why it’s not discussed more on podcasts that emphasize the importance of meditation to connect. All I know Is that it feels like it’s tickling my brain when I’ve used it a few times. 😅

Thank you for this demonstration. I still struggle with the "how" of many common metaphysical/spiritual techniques. I understand the concepts and have taken many classes (yours as well) on shifting consciousness, surrendering to higher consciousness or tuning to a higher freqency. My question is "how" are those things accomplished? I can "say" following your BLESSME method and others that I am "shifting" my consciousness but can feel any difference. What am I missing?

When I say "I don't know" my mind goes blank and I'm in the Zone but of course it's easy to leave when I go back to think I Do Know...
Its like a Portal to me I use often to take me out of negative thinking. thanks! peace

EMDR also uses eye mouvement. Would anyone know whether it also shifts the person’s brain waves to alpha state ?

Suzanne, you mention numerous times to ask for specific signs to be shown as a confirmation. I received in this manner, signs that contradicted each other. How to be in this situation? They were both very specific signs

True medical nystagmus is VERY fast eye movements. Yours moved, but not like those with the diagnosis I’ve seen in practice. For those who want to see what that looks like, American actor Pruitt Taylor Vince has congenital nystagmus.
