- Celui qui lit le verset de la lumière, le jour du vendredi, au moment du lever du soleil, et fait les ablutions et met des vêtements ce verset et le répète, 40 fois, chaque jour, il réussira dans tout travail important qui il décide d'accomplir ».[7]
La lecture du verset de lumière avant de dormir et cela avec un nombre précis et déterminé de 66, surtout quand on est dans un état de tranquillité spirituelle, aura pour conséquence d'avoir des sommeils doux et agréables ».[8]
Quand quelqu'un termine la lecture du verset de la lumière avec un décompte de 256 fois ; dans un mois, en commençant par le vendredi et qu'il répète cela pendant 15 jours et que le 16ème jour, il récite le terme "il n'y a de dieu qu'un seul Dieu" avec un nombre égal à celui du verset de lumière, et que ce l'action se répète, jusqu'à la fin du mois, il sera dopé, assez, de quoi réaliser des travaux importants ».

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche, in which there is a lamp, the lamp is enclosed in crystal, the crystal is of a starlike brilliance, it is lit with the olive oil from a blessed olive tree which is neither eastern nor western, its very oil would almost be luminous though no fire touched it - as though all the means of increasing Light upon Light are provided - Allah guides to His Light whom He pleases. Allah cites such parables to make His message clear to the people; and Allah has knowledge of everything.
