This rang true into my very core. I too served a mission and came to know my Savior as never before. Now no matter how great the challenge of life I am okay because I KNOW HIM, my strength my truth, my love.

My conversion though raised LDS is similiar. I knew it was highly likely true and felt the Spirit. But as I was serving my mission in Scotland and Northern Ireland I felt it was true for me, but to be bolder and say for sure it was for them I felt I couldn't quite say that. Though I too say many miracles, changes of hearts and growth. You could see the fruits of the gospel in our lives and could see and wish it for them in the UK. But In my last area though I had been praying but prob not with quite full intent of heart, until one day I said Lord I REALLY need to know! And on a floor in a flat across from Belfast University. I too felt a incredibly strong sudden loving warmth and light fill me from my head down my body to toes. I too wept as I felt His Love for me , Elder Campbell. and knew then for sure God had heard my plea of desperation, and desire to bless people there and helped me know for sure He is there. So thanks for reminding me as you shared your experience. I love the weight lifting analogy. You seem to be such a great Brother. And exude the Spirit. Hoping all is well with you and your family. Thanks again for taking the time to share.
😮 i know this guy !! We met in Bakersfield, Ca. When he was on his mission. He and his companion would spend thier P day with us at our home, with our teenage kids. As a missionary he stood out. I hope we left as big of an impression on him as he left on our family. I hope he still remembers us. The Sanchez family. We now live in Utah also, Spanish Fork, BYU country. Hope we are still friends 😜. Let us know.
