- CBI has submitted chargesheet in RG Kar hospital rape and murder case on Monday. India Today has exclusively accessed the copy of the chargesheet filed by the central probe agency.
According the filed chargesheet, there are 11 strong evidence CBI has in hand which proves the direct involvement of arrested accused Sanjay Roy into the rape and murder of lady doctor in RG Kar hospital.
