FANTASTIC Matthew. Beautiful record and recording. I had no idea of the date so thank you for that and I shall upload something by the end of the day to mark this day. Thank you for prompt. Cheers Paul
Very nice. 100+ years old and yet TH-cam still manages to find a copyright owner for it! I do wonder what we would think of these recordings if there had been later electrical recordings of the great man 🤔. Thanks 👍😀
You're right! TH-cam has detected it! Goodness me... I agree. I wish he lived just a few more years so we could hear how he sounded through a microphone!
I have seen TH-cam do it with Ada Jones and Campbell & Burr as well but that could have something to do with the "topic" channels having their auto-generated uploads because they are in the content ID system that way if nothing else. Funnily enough the normal Google assistant and Shazam don't recognize them at all.
A great tribute to the great tenor, it's amazing how well he was recorded over 100 years ago on the acoustic equipment of the time. Great post Matthew
Thank you Al. It is remarkable to think the equipment they had at the time, but his voice shines through

Hey Paul! Glad you like the recording. This was a quick upload with my phone. Amazing to think these records are now over 100 years old!
