I actually used to work for EAC. Was on the developing team. I’m telling you when I say we were working on way to try and detect DMA cheats. That was over 15 months ago. I still have buddies working on the floor for EAC after they just got purchased recently. They have upped developer staff and aiming for a fix. They have nothing as of today that was come close to working, just scrapped projects and ideas. I don’t condone cheating at all but the way DMA works is pretty smart and to me full proof. Not only me but old colleagues. They now however got double the team size double the funds backing them for this issue. Also fun fact, ricochet EAC battle-eye all help each other out. Only one doing their own thing is Valorant.

Yes unfortunately. Your second pc can be really bad. You can run it on a $150 portable pc. Just make sure it has 8gbs of ram and an 8 core processor. Realistically you can get an entire DMA Setup+ 2nd PC+GoodFirmWare for like 500-600 Total. Hopefully epic figures something out.
Bro ngl dma is kinda ass 😂 ive used it and it needs updated firmware constantly (or you get insta ban) you need kmbox which also costs hella money and you gotta buy the cheet itself, an alternative to dma is vDMA where its completely virtual and runs off of a different pc through a different way, but tbh the best option is to just get a slotted or private cheet that is undetected on all anticheets like mine

Kinda mess of information. You don’t really have very performing pc as a second one. Any shitty laptop is suitable. Also average dma costs around $200 and you don’t need expensive firmware for fortnite. Even lambda for $150 is good enough

how often do you think the casual player will run into this?
cheaters will only be in high rank like unreal/champs (at start szn) then only other time in high elo during tournaments like clix points.
then there might be that one off occasion where u see one in a creative fill but should b rarer then other 2 situations
