I didn't think it was possible for someone to not like writing lore. Granted it's difficult to do in a ttrpg without clogging the book with filler. In my experience the best you can do is give bief introductions of the species and setting, then weave what you can get away with throughout the rest of the book in relevant sections. Anything specific like a reigon's culture and history would likely need to be seperate from the main rulebook and put into something like a campaign book or an atlas. Regarding the relics I think it would be interesting if the more blessings it has the more banes it comes attached with. For example giving a relic a bane gives you points which are used to accquire blessings. I'd love to help out given the chance.
Hey, if you don't like Writing Lore, you give me a basic outline of Lore:tm: and I can expand that out to paragraphs on "consider the mindset of the Monster Of The Week based on the fact it's a mask that possesses people," etc.
Really excited to try & talk people into playing this when it comes out.
"The options are expanding to meet the needs of the expanding options".

How about armor makes your defense die bigger? The more the die steps up indicating how “defensive” the armor is.
