I purchased the saw used with the Tiger Stop already installed, and added the rip to crosscut automation, controlled by an Arduino Uno (Elegoo clone). The description above contains links to everything I used for the build. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks for watching!
@@orlandorezende9304 If I understand correctly, it sounds like you are trying to build the Tiger Stop portion. I'm afraid that part is beyond my capabilities. I used the Arduino only to control the aluminum part of the fence moving forward and back, from rip position to crosscut position. It only controls the 2 small pneumatic cylinders on the clamp levers and the large cylinder that moves the aluminum part of the fence. I have only used Arduino for a couple of projects, and my programming abilities are very limited. I have only learned what I needed each time... I have seen other videos on YT of people that have made the Tiger Stop type controller, but I understand the language problem. So sorry I am not able to be more helpful.
Hi there, I am interested in building something similar to this for a Martin t60a. If possible would you mind sending me some more info on the one you built - specific cylinders used? is the bracket attaching to the extruded alum fence a custom made part? What type of arduinos etc. thank you for sharing this.
Hey Isha! I added a list of the main components in the description above. Hope that helps. Obviously, too late to do a build video, but I might try to do a more detailed "as-built" video in the next few weeks. Good luck, it has been well worth the effort. Feel free to ask if you have any specific questions along the way. Thanks for watching!
Another very cool tool build. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Thanks for sharing!!
ola amigo poderia me dizer oque voce usa para controlar sua maquina
