    Perform ablution/ablution/wuzu and read Ayatul Qursi every day and 3 times (Surat Ikhlaas, Falaq, Nas) before going to bed. Don't Let Fear Control You.     1. Before listening to the Ruqyah, make the intention of listening as treatment and ask Allah SWT to give you siffa and solve all your problems.
    2. If You Feel Something During Ruqyah That's A Good Sign Whatever You Feel So Don't Worry And Don't Panic Nothing Can Hurt You, The Qur'an is for Healing/shifa.
    3. Please listen to the Ruqya with full concentration and focus, listen to every word, and imagine it penetrating your soul and heart.
    4. Continue listening to this Ruqyah until the problem is resolved and the more you listen and focus, the more it will help.
    5. Once you feel any pain, reaction or movement during Ruqyah, there is a high probability that you will be affected by magic, jinn, blockage, sihr, evil eye. We Then Suggest That You Listen To This Ruqyah Every Day And Heal Yourself.
    6. Please Close Your Eyes and Pay Attention to the Ruqyah. Don't sleep, because if you sleep while listening to Ruqyah it won't fully benefit you.
    7. Don't do anything else while listening to any ruqyah - because if you do, you won't get any benefit from any ruqyah. Please Do Not Listen While Driving.
    8. Listen to the Ruqyah on an external speaker with a loud sound or on headphones with a high volume.
    9. Perform Namaz prayers 5 times on time and read lots of Istighfar and Salwaat Alan Nabi every day, God willing, you will feel better.
