This was so comforting for me. I'm fat and while I haven't had people make fun of me for it, my family does sometimes and says I will never find a guy unless I lose some weight. So seeing him love her despite how she looked is really comforting.
People shouldn't judge when someone is overweight, It's not always because of over eating or that person is obsessed with eating Junk food. There are so many underlying conditions some people have which causes it, I am overweight myself and it's so tiring to constantly being criticised by even family. It's not like I want to be overweight? I have PCOS and it makes it difficult to lose weight. So please don't judge anyone. I don't even eat much like my "normal" friends. But my weight fluctuates a lot! So please be kinder people.

Working out doesn’t magically change your body type. Yes, you can burn fat and calories but her body is clearly a genetically different size. Having a naturally wide rib cage and hips can’t be changed. She could lose body fat but her body would still be larger.
