The year was 1984, i was 9 years old, that year i'd had a canoeing accident and nearly drowned. That night i had an hour of non stop crying, as theshock was leaving my systen. After i'd dried my eyes, i vowed to my parents "i'm going to learn to swim. By october that year i was swimming. About the same time, over here in england,we started to get "BIGFOOT" commercials for the playscool toy. It went straight to the top of my christmas list. Christmas morning with my presents open, there was no sign of bigfoot. We had breakfast, got dressed, then my dad said " look under the tree, theres another present there for you" on the label it read, "to liam, well done on learning to swim, father christmas" once the paper was off, there he was in full glory, my own BIGFOOT. Pure magic, i still have him. Thanks BOB for creating a legend👍👍👍👍👍👍🤠
I don't know how you could pack anymore greatness in one video!! From those georgeous ltl9000's and aeromax's on the road to that display of the greatest monster trucks to the team behind it all! Thank you for putting this up!
Yep, and a certain corporate giant wants to have people who are new to Monster Trucks believe what they want them to believe instead of the actual truth and this industry. Us diehard fans know what the deal is.
What a badass job it would be to work for Bigfoot and get to assemble work on drive and race these beasts! I'm sure its all a lot of work, but totally worth it!
I've done watched this quite a few times now and I'm noticing quite a few faces. Rest in peace there Lurch! You were and still are a great asset to the Bigfoot team!
That image of those haulers rolling down the highway had to have been a sight to see. Just like here shortly when the current haulers will be leaving GA and heading up north for the next stop for the Hot Wheels Ultimate Drive Thru.
Definitely remember this footage from the Battle of the Bigfoots VHS and DVD. Love this type of footage! Thanks for posting and I'll definitely be looking forward to part 2!
Awesome just awesome. My absolute favorite is the original number one,the 74. Should've showed more of the King that started it all. Bigfoot will always be King.😉
Love how some of the trucks are still around to this day like, the tank, the ranger, bigfoot #1 and bigfoot #5 and the fact that the tank looks amazing now that it has been transformed
Out of all of them I would take The 79 Ford F250 that would be the only truck out of everything I would want that is a gorgeous truck if I had money I would have you build me one just like it but street legal absolutely gorgeous what would something like that cost to build I will make sure I am sitting down hahahaha thank you very much for this video
I wished Ford had stayed with Bigfoot. At least Bigfoot utilized Ford components and won alot with Ford. Not to mention that every time Ford released or updated a truck model , the Bigfoot trucks looked so good and represented it very well
times sure have changed with the definition of man.. putting 500lbs tires on like a fking man.... today's mechanic would touch that tire with there clean new rubber gloves
Bigfoots 2,3,4,6,7 are not apart of the current family of trucks. Bigfoot #4 is currently being restored and the other trucks are else where around the world. As well are the Fasttrax, Ranger and Shuttle. I think the only 2 trucks that are not in the USA are #'s 6 and 9.

I still have my Playskool Bigfoot truck packed away. I got mine I believe Christmas of 1983; one of the hot toys that Christmas.
The like button... TH-cam needs a love button! All the trucks and crews together for one event- what a moment in bigfoot history!
Thanks to Bob for recording so much history. I've seen Bob behind a camera as much as me at events. There could not be a better Father of this sport.
Yes, I was thinking about that when Bigfoot posted this video. I'd like to sit and just watch all of the footage that Bob has. 😊👍👍

Its a shame Ford go out of making big Class 7/8 trucks like the AeroMax and the L series. By far some of the best looking rigs ever.

FORD FORD FORD
How many Bigfoot trucks were there the year that this was created? This video is so frickin awesome to see by today's standards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They had up to #7 at this point. Also the ranger, fastrax and the shuttle. So ten Bigfoot vehicles total.
You guys need to bring out Battle of the BIGFOOT'S Back out on dvd! And BIGFOOT IN ACTION 1!!
They already did that years ago. Hardly anyone bought the DVDs.
Sweet picture
The 80s were a wild time!
That Ford minivan is tight!!!! I like that one

I am going to be disappointed if the song convoy wasn’t playing in those trucks
Wonder when the last time the tank van was run??
At the open house years ago under overtime trax
Suddenly I feel like Im 10 again....I havent seen Fast Trax since 89 lol. Recently bought a 89 F-150 too....Favorite was the White Chevy USA #1...
That's a lot of Big Feet...no! Big Foots...That's a lot of monster trucks!!!
I wonder if they still have all the original Bigfoot trucks today

Yeah, and that wasn't even all of the vehicles in that convoy.
I saw it as a kid
When you get all your toys out at once...
Ford.....whooped Ferrari's ass in Lemans, whooped GM's ass in outselling the Camaro, and was used to start the monster truck legacy.

what about 10,000th?
I want to ride in Bigfoot 5
it was a ride truck in 1992 for one show
Where is bigfoot now
Ohhhh, Bigfoot is still out there. They have quite a bit going on despite what's going on in the world.
There headquarters are in Pacific Missouri right outside of St Louis One of there trucks sits right along highway 44
Where is Bigfoot #1 and Miss Bigfoot??
miss bigfoot turned into the ranger in this video. foot 1 had the chrom wheels
Bigfoot 1 was there and at this particular time Miss Bigfoot was painted Blue, so the Blue Ranger with the dual wheels was the Miss Bigfoot.
In the group shot from right to left: Bigfoots# 's 1,2,4,3,5,6,7,8, Bigfoot Shuttle and in the middle left to right the Bigfoot Ranger and Fasttrax.
At 1:19 is Bigfoot 1 which is the 1st truck behind the sleeper of the truck that's transporting it.
1:44 is a good shot of it on the transporter.
