    Unc I got to a 225 bench and a 415 deadlift. I am going to test my squat on Saturday. I am going to do those barbell holds and squat walkouts what weight should I do in how many weeks / times per week should I do it since I am now moving out of my deload phase and going back to the strength portion

      Static holds you could overtrain rather quickly with.Something like that I would recommend 1-2 times a month.Get some good full range of motion sets in first.Add weight till you find add challenging load.Prolly 100-200 lbs over your max it depends on the individual how comfortable and proficient your with it !!!
