Thank you for your evidence based, yet warm delivery of info! I often feel like cattle at my fertility clinic, so it is SO comforting to hear you share facts in a way that is also so empathic and validating. Thank you!
@@drlorashahinebeen following you since I did IVF too although my first attempt just “vanished” after detecting a heartbeat and slowly moving on and weighing to do a second transfer soon. My question is for us who are 40+ (Im almost 43), what would you suggest two embryo transfer or just one? They said to transfer two for our age group, esp that our embryos are untested because in the country where I am doing IVF, PGT testing is not allowed by law in normal circumstances
Day after FET, I got a substantial cold and was stuck in bed sneezing for 5 days. Would love a video on bedrest and being sick after FET. Also about 8 days after FET, had an orgasm and it caused immediate uterine cramping. That scared me and also made me feel I needed to rest. Would love your opinion on these things! Thank you for your videos! They are a great resource!
That's so silly to state that percentage. Did they separate them in age group, too, while considering their initial failure? I mean, she's saying 50% for the ones who got up right away..okay were they young? Were their embryos euploid? Did they have good eggs? Did they have PCOS? What about the other group of people? What do we know about them besides laying in bed? Sounds unjustified
52% live birth rate on a euploid transfer is utterly depressing. Have no studies ever found a way to improve this rate? Getting a euploid is so incredibly hard for some of us and then only half stick under best cases... something is missing, knowledge-wise.
M gonna have ET next month...My sister in-law told me that i need complete rest she will even throw my urine for another 15 days after ET😂 Thankyou Doctor for the valuable information...❤❤
What about baths? I had a bath the day after my transfer and later read you should avoid them altogether after transfer. My cycle failed and I feel it's my fault?.

Oh man, I was left to lay there for like 20 min just a few days ago. Wish I knew this sooner!

Do they go through the cervix to place the embryo?
Yes, through the cervix into the uterus
