Yep, nothing has been changes regarding how it works. The few places u can get Gathering Droprate dosnt give up too much Mastery, but u can use Seafood Cron meal etc, as the prices of Crystals has dropped, and the big value is most likely from the raw mats (meats, bloods etc).

No. The way you repair items is by using the same item - OR mem frags. The reason you use mem frags is because often times its cheaper on boss gear, blackstars etc, but on reblath items and other cheap items, its easier and cheaper to use the same item (it repairs 10 durability)
They do, all the elites can drop crystals, and are well worth killing when they show up! Just be careful, they can hurt ALOT, so try and 2shot it with perfect headshots

Recently talked with some people (2 days ago), and they are pulling around 1bil per hour in JUST mats, at 1600 mastery. Crystals is a bonus on top@@DrSwazz
I have a dedicated lifeskiller. It used to be my main that i did everything on, but a few years into the game i rolled to warrior for combat, and kept lifeskiling on my witch. 10000% recommend having a dedicated lifeskiller

Dont you need a lot of other materials to make use of the crystals essentially cutting the profit by alot? The Magical Shards and the crystal you need for crafting it for example
If you grind centaurs while also sniper hunting you’ll get almost enough sealeds per hour to cover one crystal. Plus the imperfect lightstones you get from grinding also takes care of the lightstone crystals. Lastly there is a node that drops trace of the forest. So you could get the crystal for free if you grind enough.
The poster is wrong about the crit chance. I tested over a 12 hr period with and w/o various mastery buffs etc and with buffs I got 1 forest crystal an hour avg, 5 deciminations and a buttload of mats….
I went from averaging under 1 crystal/hour to roughly 2-3/hr, gathering item drop rate is insanely strong. There issn't a lot of it in the game, which makes it so much more powerful
The difference is how much lower the drop chance is for rare stuff while grinding. Like these things have 0.0050% chance or something so even if you had 1000% drop rate it would only be 0.5%
As a class i would prob recommend Woosa because she stole the great hp regen from Nova. Or something else tanky like Valk... It is not necessary but gives a larger room for mistakes and mistakes are going to be there because of Rng, ping, and clunky head placement/animation
mastery doesn't affect the loot that much. it is important, but you'll still get a good amount assuming you aren't a snail. Biceptimus is wrong in that it only affects the meat, I experienced very steady climbs/hr of loot as I went up to 2k. the peak has already been long gone for sniping and it's on the downward climb as crystals besides cooking cap out and orders are filled and go down. you look at the market and see the huge backlog of PO's on concentrateds etc gone and now often are sitting, dropping, etc. it's pretty volatile. I'm sitting on like 25k gems myself

on the July 5th patch another excavation node at Dallae Pier was added! Also Tigers will absolutely murder you.

I believe when he said Manos Sniper Rifle, he meant Marni Sniper Rifle. As far as I can tell there is no Manos Sniper Rifle.

the crystals are just icing on the cake. You dont eve need them for the high profit. Also the mats to make them are relatively cheap currently

Nope, "Drop Rate" and "Gathering Drop Rate" are 2 different stats, that has nothing to do with eachother. So Arsha, lootscroll etc, has no effect
