John Deere 2038r 2032r Floppy Bucket cylinders 270b backhoe

2021 john deere 2032r with about 180 hours at the time of the video clips were taken and i had taken it to the local dealership. The service manager said it was normal wear on the components. i disagree, what do you think?

I would have laughed at him. A hydraulic cylinder is NOT supposed to do that. It must be full of air from either a leak or something is causing the air to not purge out of it and return to the tank. I'm not a hydraulics expert but it doesn't take one to understand the concept. To me it seems like a valve is open allowing it go either direction but the sound it makes is air. Even full of fluid sitting on the shop workbench you cant move it that easy if it were full of fluid. That's the sound of air.
I would call a highly ranked shop somewhere else and explain to them what it's doing and when they tell you that something is wrong and it's probably "this or that" then you can go back to your local dealer and let them know what the good shop said. Good 'ol fashioned peer pressure works very well.
