    This is a great interview. I know that Basecamp is a great tool but I now have even more respect for the company after hearing Jason.

    He talks about his office at 25:10 Curious to know if they got rid of, or what happened to their Chicago office. That place was cool and had many innovative 'rework' features.

      @@jgt_ If 20 of your 57 employees are "dead weight", you have some serious management issues to work out. Those 20 are also only considering the number of people in the position to quit their job at that point. Not everyone that disagrees with the company they work for can just leave. Severance isn't the only guarantee they need.

    Remote work for today's generation seems not to work so well. There's discipline and self control lacking in individuals maybe because the company culture is not well defined or the remote work management has not been understood well.
