Even myself, last time I tried to go for a walk around my own neighborhood some man was literally hiding behind those walls they build to hide utility boxes and pipes just waiting to jump out at me and try to grab me. I ran so fast back home that I couldn't even see, it was like a tunnel vision of just blurred movement, not even able to see when I turned my head to look back if he was following me. It felt like my heart was inside my eyes and ears. It's just not safe for us women even near our own homes. It makes me wonder too who is watching me, like was that guy waiting on me specifically? And does he now know where I live since I ran home? It's just so scary for us.

Ugh, so stressful- and I haven’t been out for a walk since. Anyways, glad you’re safe!!
