Thank you Ryan.i live in Florida.I have 2 cousins that has been missing.Sense Aug.1,1974.We looked for years.There was a few lil girls that came up missing.They found 2 that was murdered.A serial killer claimed he murdered my cousins.But hs was caught in Georgia.LE said he tried to escape so they off him.Its crazy because Ryan I will read something.And people will say kids don't just come up missing.Ryan they always told us.A hunter or someone walking in the woods will find them.I was 16 and I can still remember that day.i rember they brought out a lady.And she said they was buried in a forks of a rd.They was buried in a shallow grave with white sand.When I see Jen.I think of that lady.

Van Hill is one of the few exit points from Ben Hill unless you go towards Rogersville. One
Of the other exit points which can lead into Virginia (via Stanley Valleyto Frisco Yard)is Blair’s Gap or Old Blair’s Gap which runs into Laurel Run Park
Then you have the option to always come back to Kingsport from Ben Hill or go over Blair’s Gap to 11-W

I see something that looks like a half face formation. But it doesn’t look like Summers and it’s not a full face, just my opinion. I used to know a lady and I’ve heard of people that can see faces in objects and trees, etc.

We use to wade the discharge area at the Steam Plant in Rogersville until they cut off access . Caught many a white bass, walleye ,paddle fish from steam plant down to old Indian Fish Trap. Full chest waders needed so if you fish now is the time to go it’s a progression starting from Douglass Lake all the way back to Kingsport which by then Spring will be well

Candus could have had permission ,these people will help each other , unfortunately for summer she will never be found if she’s on private property 😢

Very interesting, thank you. Really admire your determination, dedication and time you take to compile search areas. All the creek there has potential, one thing i was unaware of was the dam. Not sure how deep that is but dams also high possibility because most are extremely deep. A weighted item/a barrel would be hard to find. I remember not so long ago about all the bodies in barrels found in lake superior dumped by the mobs after the level drastically dropped. Thank you ❤

Ryan talked about possible and unlikely places WHERE remains could be placed in Beech Creek, but you didn't mention WHEN as in the time of day. Wouldn't remains be placed in a creek or river under the cover of darkness? If so, unlikely locations somewhat near properties could be used especially if the suspect knew there weren't dogs nearby to bark and alert their presence to property owners. Just a thought - not trying to complicate things. Following Beech Creek was interesting on the maps as you pointed out roads and notable locations mentioned in Summer's case over the last 2 1/2 years. Thanks as always for working to find sweet Summer! 💜

I have no idea if your searches will reveal anything but I’m glad you’re out there trying. One thing that has always bothered me is Candus saying she left the house and drove off in the truck. She says it was to look for Summer but I’ve always thought that it was possible that little Summer was in that truck. She said in the CM interview that it was after she called Don and before the police arrived. Never made sense to me. Don might’ve told her to hide Summer before police got there. I’m afraid that anything is possible. Don and Candus are capable of horrible things.
A blessing someone saw her. Light Hollow itself and from 110 doesn't have many houses.
There is a guy his name is Tonie Hammons, who tried to abduct a 12 yr old boy a few days after summer went missing. He lives in that area. Maybe someone should check on him. He maybe in jail.

So many people are saying an old barrel near railroad tracks vague but consistent.
I have a theory that any search for for Summer Wells has about a 20% chance of a body being found. Not necessarily Summer's body, not necessarily in the search area or found by those searchers .
But about a 20% chance of a body or remains being found. It's like she letting them be found first.

Hey Ryan, I think timeline is important 4.this. DW seen at work, CW dropped H off, CW call 2 DW & Call to 911. This will give guideline of travelled time. (Dw home with kids then left them whilst at work possibly with Summer in vehicle).Also, CW has said everything they do is slow, so their thinking & acting time wld be slow too, if planned
The problem is the timeline is by Don and Candus' word. I don't believe a word they say.

Outcome, what time wld they've all been together to either action a plan or cover any possible accident, from this point 3 adult have to remind each other of matching stories, link up removal of Summer all before 911 was called who arrived within 10mins round same time DW arrived back. Hunter's PO was due 3.30, so needed to be clear headed before then, simple coffee wld help this. Plus Candus told him "sorry but you've got go home now" he had heard the DW, CW ph call bout a man so time was up for H to go home. All this is IMO. 😀

I heard Justin play something about a man with the last name Shipply…could this be the “ship” clue? He was staying in a camper 3.4 miles from 110 Ben Hill. My dream I had when Madeline Kingsbury disappeared early last year was something else. I remember hanging on to the roof of a tall building, red brick with a steep roof, moving from one side to the other. As i looked to my right, I saw what looked like a stone structure with a room in it. I looked into it and saw a couple old dining room chairs that looked like tombstones.The floor was dirt and the walls were a light blue, old paint, sealant perhaps. I found the Pressman house 20 miles from 110 Ben Hill road. The Pressman House is abandoned, and there is a lone silo on the property with an oil well next to it. The factory is just like the building I was on in my dream. I think Rogersville was founded by Pressman. I think Summer is in the silo, in my best opinion. It would show to be true if the inside is blue
It's not abandoned the last time we pulled in there to turn around we were met with an AK and told to go.

Ryan, when you looking at the bridges and rail ways, look for small box like she was cremated and they put her underneath the bridge and also if the bridge has been newly repair, but the railroad is a sign. I have thought she was cremated by Mr. Dotson. Just thought.

Thanks for sharing. Probably a discepancy about the time Candus was seen driving away and returning. Then you can estimate the possible distance and take 110 Ben Hill Road as the starting point. Perhaps Candus had Summer inside her truck and may have made a stop and somebody took Summer out of Candus's truck and drove off in their vehicle with Summer who may have been heavily sleeping or unconscious. The so-called scream JodieSue thinks she heard may be from another child. A weighted bag or sack (with rocks) can contain a child's body and thrown into the water to naturally decompose. A strong person would need to do this. Throwing a heavy sack or bag into water is not easy.
Yes that “deep ravine” & “Tunnel Hill Road” sure sounds and looks highly interesting. Look in the tunnels near that area! Way.

I love looking at Google Earth and hiking videos and as soon as this case broke I was on Google Earth checking the area out Then along came Scott H to help with local knowledge about the area. What is all of that land used for ? There are a lot of farm buildings but no farm animals. Do they grow crops ? Is it mixed farming ?

Weren't you and your wife recently looking for tunnels? Could the "tunnel" be a road versus an actual tunnel? And some were saying she may be buried in a cemetery. Are their cemeteries off/near Tunnel Hill Road and Beech Creek? Is it possible to take a boat ride down/up the creek until you arrive at a secluded area off/near Tunnel Hill Road and a cemetery? Like that spot in your video @22:03
And one last question. Can you get to that area via Light Hollow? I wonder if there was a boat on the Well's property (like say "leaning up against their house).... Or if they had/have a relative/friend/neighbor who did/does have one like perhaps a red one. Note: Traveling down a creek via a row boat, especially in the middle of the night would pretty much be a noiseless mode of travel and would not likely be seen in the dark, unless you were standing right on the bank. Also worth mentioning: By traveling by boat, you leave behind no footprints, or any scent for search dogs to detect. Escaped convicts KNOW this tactic and probably many others who've spent time in prison and have discussed the topic. Is there anyone in the Well's family and circle of friends who have spent time in prison? Oops! I apologize....That was my final question.
I definitely had that same thought when I saw the name of the road for sure. Parts of the creek are dammed off with brushes and essentially become a small waterfall so it wouldn't be very easy to kayak or boat down the entire creek - however the end closer to the river is definitely wider and yes I would say you could travel that part with a boat.

Search for train bridges near airports in a wider geographic area, and a ravine, it s not flat land

There’s no septic on JD property it’s just a piece of land that can’t have anything built on it at all. Jodisue mentioned that in one of her videos recently that he wouldn’t have been able to put sewerage in the property . It’s a weird property to buy as nothing can be done on it, it would have made more sense for Andy’s parents to have purchased it and added it to 125 . Imo

You're probably not wrong. So long as she's found, anyone can try and take whatever credit they want. Doesn't matter. Personally, I pray every day that someone else finally finds evidence that pushes the case along and leads to an arrest so we can be done with it finally.

Candus’s family isn’t from the area she hasn’t got any family there. Dons Mother married into the goad family which is how Don got the land but his family isn’t originally from there either . I can’t remember how his mother ended up being in Tennessee .

Some of the areas you're looking at would probably require someone to dispose of evidence from a boat, perhaps a boat with a hatch in the floor, they could just drop evidence through the hatch straight into the water without drawing any attention to themselves, throwing evidence over the side of a boat or off of a bridge would be alot more risky than dumping something through a boat's hatch floor, she actually has a "sabian symbol" in her astrology chart that aligns with

Probably the only way to keep remains stationary under water would be to add weights to a container and drill holes in the container because when water temperatures warm up in hot weather
