Angel Delgadillo, born 1927, is considered the Guardian Angel of route 66.
He is the main founder of the Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona. He initiated the movement for historic Route66.
People come to visit him from all over the world.
Angel and his brother helped to inspire the movie "Cars" from Pixar through their passion for the road.

I’ve got to meet this gem of a human being before he’s lost forever. I’ll be traveling to flagstaff In December this year, I’d like to take my kids into seligman and I hope to meet him. I’d love my children to shake his hand. True gem!
