From "Parks & Recreation": a mockumentary series following Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), the deputy director of the Parks and Recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana. @@KEVMAN7987 Ron is the most paternal person ever. He's dad to Leslie, April, Andy and Tom. And he has three kids of his own. He's the one who cares about everyone more than anyone. More than even Leslie because sometimes she can forget everything for work.
He cares about Leslie and she cares about Ben

He’s in a lot of the episodes… at any point where you need a creepy guy… he’s there… to say he likes the new movie store, bid on a date with Ann, or purchasing the guitar signed by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and removing the signature… that’s my favorite part of parks and rec all of the towns people stay the same throughout the entire series
